When I was struggling with some things on my website, Exabytes support was a huge help in getting my problems resolved and directing me to the right place to find some things I couldn't find. 100% recommend them!
Helped by tech support in enabling critical IT infra
I faced an issue to setup a critical step in my online presence, and I approached them. They organised a support team to intervene remotely using Anydesk and managed to resolve my issue step-by-step with patience and understanding. Highly appreciate this from them, and will recommend their services! If we want to get help, we need to also be clear on how we articulate, which also helps them to understand and offer prompt guidance as necessary.
Detriorated Support Ever Seen
Although the support staff are quick respond on first contact, their completeness, due diligence and expertise in resolving an issue and executing a project is questionable. Their responses are mostly cryptic as they assume that every user on the other end is a super techie to understand the technical details. Additionally, to make matters worse, though typo is understandable, their understanding and communication in English is poor. Many times, client encounter a support staff who appears to dump an answer without proper investigation. Trying to meet SLA criteria? Another aspect is that, when it comes to a project like OS upgrades, the people put on the project seems to have no clue on providing impact assessment plans to the clients, even when the client tries to help . Is it arrogance, ignorance, irresponsibility? Take a pick, any or all of them may fit.

I would recommend any corporate which wants a hosting provider to look somewhere else. Exabytes should be the last place they should go to. This update is a result of bad experiences we have been having with the support staff. Every actions they take will nearly always end up as a "dud" or messes something else. The support is quick in dumping some answers which really means nothing to the end-user. The worse is that each support is an island by himself :
(1) they do not make references to experts in case they get stuck.
(2) Every thing is done on trail-and-hope-it-works method
(3) Extremely good at giving references to external documents which we already know.
(4) Attitude is dump something on the user and hope the user goes away.
They attend the issue within minutes…

Better don't buy their services even thought is cheap
It seems their web hosting is cheap but when you have a problem, there is an expensive fee charged even for a small task like a server rollback. And their support is very lousy, with slow response like hours to days to respond and no clear explanation.

it's 2023 and they have a very slow server like just to remind me how I access a website in 2007, I got very frustrated so many times just want to cancel my domain and now I noticed I have to pay redemption fee $15 from my $1 invoice. never ever trust this company
EXABYTES Unreliable email service
We are not able to receive any emails from outside our domain. It has been 48 hours and has caused a lot of damage to our business.

Now, Once you subscribe or renew to their hosting service, you are on your own. They'll help you once but its not fully resolved. You'll then be ignored despite after several emails sent. Comparatively, they are not that cheap either. Cheaper server companies provide better service than this.

Bunch of time wasting amateurs. Don't bother with these inexperienced incompetent staff (KRESNADI).
All I wanted is to ask my domain EPP code ( obviously they have access to WHMcS ) and their support system basically can't help you with anything. Force me to pay unreasonable amount for just for asking EPP code.
This is my first company when I'm beginning to build my first website and I didn't know much about hosting company back then. But now, since I got my own instance on AWS and Google Cloud. I realize how terrible this company is. Holding your domain and ransoming it with price 30x times from the initial price.
THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
