Had a deep clean booked. Three people turned up. They spent three hours here. Very, very poor job. I left post-its over every cupboard and room saying "clean in here" "do not clean in here" so they wouldn't waste their time. It was as if they just hoovered every room and gave everything a surface level wipe. Was absolutely NOT a deep clean. Do not use.

Thank you for the amazing work. The cleaners were on time and cleaned the house in the agreed time. You carefully cleaned and took care of every stain and spot.

The best cleaning service one can get in the UK. They cleaned my house some weeks ago and gave life to my apartment. Their professionalism is top notch. Highly recommended.

This company is a scam. They do not employ people who know how to clean. They attempted to clean my property with a cloth and water. Left wash marks everywhere and left.

One person turned up 40 mins late. The other spent over an hour sat on the sofa on their phone doing precisely nothing. I spent longer, on my own, finishing the items that should have been done whilst they were there and I clearly did a better, more holistic job. The lack of attention to detail was shocking. In the end, I just wanted them out of the property so I could get on with it myself.

AVOID this company - Horrifying experience of hiring this firm for a Deep cleaning service.

Hired the firm for a Deep cleaning service.

The firm sent 2 cleaners and they did basic cleaning and were not carrying any professional cleaning products , barring only usual surface cleaners. I provided what I had with me. They just did superficial cleaning, and one would expect better quality cleaning from individual cleaners hired on an hourly basis.
A third cleaner came in after an hr and he was a disaster to say the least and pretty evident he is completely out of place of what and how even basic cleaning is done, forget about deep cleaning.
On discussing with the cleaners, it was evident they are not trained and have no idea what Deep cleaning is. When asked what is the difference if I had hired you on an hourly basis and paid you standard hourly cleaning rate vs Deep Cleaning Service for which I have paid 4 time more charge, there was no response from the cleaners. If I were a lenient hat, only one cleaner was ok and diligent, though I would still not hire her for an individual cleaning service.

Even basic vacuuming and mopping of floors left lot to be desired of.
Used those steel colour hard scrubbers in bathroom and left scratches in my relatively new refurbished bathroom.
None of the surfaces anywhere were cleaned spotless. They even dirtied and wetted my carpet which too is newly laid as they kept putting all trash packets on the carpeted space.
Of the very limited outer surface cleaning they did of kitchen cabinets and only two bedroom cupboard cabinets door ( which too I had to force them to do to at least clean the outer surface), all such simple cleaning too was done to very bad standards.
They put zero effort to even look for areas to clean , didnt clean surfaces which I showed them had dust when I wiped my fingers around it.
I requested for a refund as I paid £200 , when the work would not have costed me any where more than £50-60 if I had hired private individual cleaners, and any professional firm would give a refund. How so ever, they have not responded to my email or message or calls since last night and all through today.
Extremely unfortunate and shocked to see the level of service.
Those who read this message, pls do avoid this firm and stay away from it.
