I've been using Excelsior for several years now for frequent transfers from Birmingham Airport to Derby and back, and have only ever have good experiences with them. They are hugely reliable and provide a top-notch service. The drivers are just the best - lovely guys - and we've had some great chats over the years - have covered all topics! Even when there was major chaos at Birmingham due to a bomb scare, Abid went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly dad and I got back to Derby safely. The online booking process is so simple, and I believe that the firm's website has just been updated to streamline the process even further. All in all, Excelsior have made my travels a lot easier, and for that I am grateful. Thank you, all!

Had quote I booked but cancelled said no car available when I try book again same way price went up by £28 and now there is a car available asking for payment maybe car come available but not same quote to sign up

Great service required a quote to and from Airport replied very quickly I received all confirmation details and receipt for booking

It is not easy to find a taxi service from the North Cotswolds to Birmingham Airport. I found this company online though. Communication with the office and booking was easy and efficient.
The drivers each way turned up on time , were friendly and there was no problem when our return flight to Birmingham was an hour and a half late.
I would recommend.

Once again a top notch service from Excelsior Cars. Cannot fault this company. Vehicles are clean, drivers are very smart, helpful and well mannered.
We had Abid (the owner ) driving us this time. We were absolutely amazed to learn of his grandfather who fought in the war for us,who is still alive and living in the UK and will be going to the Cenataph this year as he has done for many years. There was some absolutely fabulous history that Abid shared with us and we were mesmerised by the stories of his beloved grandfather.
Thank you Abid for all the info and pictures you sent us, your Grandfather was a true hero. We shall never forget.

We were let down a few days before by a taxi company we’d previously used so had to rush last minute to find an alternative.

Excelsior Cars were exceptional from start to finish. The website, quote and booking system were easy to use. The communions on email were prompt and helpful. The price was great and the service exceptional. They were on time (3am) to take us to the airport and the meet & greet service on our return was really useful. We were slightly delayed coming back and had a hold up at the airport but they communicated with us and kept us updated.

We will 10000% be using excelsior moving forward for all holidays. Considering the price of airport parking, it’s a no brainer to use a well organised, friendly and exceptional service.
