Excellent customer service. I needed help lighting my new kitchen and Cheryl and her team gave me ideas and inspiration. They could not have been more helpful doing all the calculations for LED strip lighting and helping me make informed decisions. If you can't find the light you want here then it probably doesn't exist! I would highly recommend a visit here if you're looking for quality and service.

Professional and Great customer service
I have bought at least 7 ceiling lights from this Bexleyheath store and each time I visited the store, it was a pleasant experience. Cheryl was very informative and accommodating and patient while I made a choice as to what lights I preferred. She took the time to understand my preferences and highlighted a few choices which I wouldn't have chosen on my own but worked out. I prefer to buy from this independent store rather than other chains because I feel I am getting a service that I wouldn't get from someone who is just manning an area within a store. Some lights aren't stocked in store but are on display, but in any event once ordered, they arrive within two days. I have never have any issues with the lights I bought and will continue to support.
