Executive Home Delivery Reviews

Delivery guys got the job done with a smile. Kept me up to date with the Delivery time. Unpacked and got the sofas and chair in place in no time.
Thanks

Great communication & quick delivery, delivered as promised in the timeframe provided. Delivery men friendly, professional and helpful.

Great service

The guys were great, worked really fast, took everything away and were really pleasant! All finished so quickly! Thank you.

Delivery as agreed.
Delivery team were efficient, professional and friendly.
Overall a stress-free experience.

Dreadfully slow and zero comms. Would never use you again. Asking for our money back !

Cannot fault the delivery team - showed up within the assigned time slot without any need to describe our location, having negotiated their truck up the single lane without issue.
Incredibly efficient in bringing in the large components of the bed - assembled it rapidly and cleared away all packing materials with no fuss.
Only downside is they didn’t have a card on them because I would absolutely contact them again to arrange deliveries.

Easy to track order. Very pleasant delivery dudes.

So easy to follow your order. They kept you well informed. Very impressed. Joe and Thomas were very helpful and friendly.

Scott and Charlie arrived on time when they said they would. They carefully removed all packaging and put the sideboard in the correct place. They also offered assistance with moving some furniture back. Polite, courteous and helpful throughout the delivery - excellent service!

The lads who delivered it were fantastic now that is what I call service

Arrive on time, set up took no time, left clean and tidy. Couldn’t be happier with the service

Excellent service from Furniture Village! The delivery arrived right on time within the allocated time slot, and the team called ahead as promised. Professional, polite, and efficient. Very happy with the purchase!

Great service, accurate date and time and delivery ops were great, very helpful.

Ben and Scott - what a great team! These two sure know how to deliver and move sofas! So careful yet speedy and professional on every way. They took great care in unloading and unpacking as we have lots of stairs and awkward spaces to shift the furniture into. The attention to detail ensuring the sofa legs were on correctly and straight was just so appreciated. Full of good humour and cheeriness we couldn’t recommend this dynamic duo more. Thank you from Gus and Bron

I couldn't recomend these 2 delivery guys enough, they go above and beyond and make sure everything is delivered on time, making sure you are happy with everything and no job is to small for them. Absolutely legends.

Very hardworking guys who kept me informed with when my delivery was due to arrive, fed I great job building the bed, which was a tricky job and cleaned up afterwards taking away the packing boxes etc. Highly recommend.
