Empire Delivery Reviews

Great service and assembled very quickly

The guys were really helpful and built the sofa. It looks great

On time, helpful and polite drivers. Goods in good condition.

Excellent service from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently had a Willow & Hall sofa bed delivered by Empire Delivery and were extremely pleased with the service.

As we were overseas, my sister was accepting delivery on our behalf. Paul in customer services was particularly helpful in arranging a convenient morning delivery slot and ensuring the team had her contact details.

The delivery team were equally professional, taking care to position and unpack the sofa, demonstrate the bed mechanism and make sure my sister was completely satisfied before leaving.

Everything went smoothly, and the communication throughout was excellent.

Thank you to Paul and the delivery team for making the whole experience so straightforward. Highly recommended!

The two guys who delivered our sofa could not have been more helpful. They were excellent.

Very efficient and professional thank you!

Excellent - friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. Wish there were more delivery companies built with the same principles.

Excellent communication from the team and very helpful, polite and friendly delivery staff.

On time, helpful, polite

Ben and Val delivered my pool table this morning, very helpful and friendly, no rushing, took their time to get it where I needed it to be placed, I thoroughly recommend them!!

Excellent - lovely guys - great job 👏

Great delivery and assembly by Ben and Val, excellent customer service
Many thanks

Excellent communication. On time. Excellent care of product before transporting . Polite and considerate customer care.

On 15th October 2026 two men arrived at our four storey building to deliver two pieces of furniture. They couldn’t drive onto the driveway for lack of space so they parked their van at the roadside. They brought both sofas up a flight of steps and somehow managed to get most parts into our small passenger lift. The sofa bed had to be taken upstairs to our third floor flat which was no easy
task. Once inside our home both men quickly and carefully assembled the sofa bed and took away all packaging. They were polite and professional through their ordeal. I want to thank these particular men for their hard work and care and attention throughout the visit. They both deserve a salary bonus for completing a difficult job to a high standard and we the customers were delighted with all they did for us on that day. Thank you so much.

Great service called me 20 mins before arrival
Very lovely and professional thankyou 😀

Great service and delivery. The sofa bed quality is clear, head and shoulders above others, it really is like a proper bed. Would totally recommend Furl.

Everything went exactly as planned, the updates were accurate and timely and the two delivery men delivered our love seat and placed in the right room and unpacked and took away all packaging. All in all we are extremely satisfied.

The guys were great. Very polite. Rang 30 minutes before arriving. Our old table was at the time being taken away, Ben even helped moving it to the car. Offered to remove shoes on entering house
