The two delivery drivers were lovely
The two delivery drivers were lovely . Polite and helpful and are a great asset to your company . I haven’t opened the parcels as we are taking them down south so much easier to move packed up !

Absolutely first class service by Conner snd Mal great guys who went above and beyond to try and help me as cushions on sofa were not as expected so they advised me accordingly and took pictures to enable me to make a complaint

Terrible rain and awful winds and the chairs not ‘cooperating ‘!

The timescales were exactly as stated. The delivery was organised and efficient. People in office were always friendly and helpful. And the sofa is perfect! I ordered the Bromley sofa bed, double. Beautifully made and engineered. The whole experience from beginning to end I cannot fault. Thank you.

Polite and Respectful Delivery Guys
Delivery guys were so polite and respectful. Apologised for the late delivery though they were only 15 mins outside of my timeslot and they kept me informed of their ETA. All in all a credit to your team.

Poor delivery service . . . again
I ordered a six drawer chest of drawers with delivery to room of choice. This is important as i cannot get this heavy item up the stairs on my own. The drawers were instead left boxed in my hallway and the delivery men said their delivery company had told them not to unbox or move any items despite what I ordered, so now I’m stuck with a blocked hallway. This is not the first issue ive had with castlery delivery and despite liking the products it will put me off buying again.
