Ben and Rich took exceptional care bringing my new sofa bed into the house. Called to let me know they were 20mins away and arrived in time. Very respectful of our property and lovely to meet them both.

Fantastic , clear communication . Delivery team were helpful, polite and took great care to ensure the sofa was safely delivered , positioned and removed all packaging. Even took time to demonstrate the mechanism on the Sofabed and discussed ongoing care and maintenance. Cannot fault them, a huge thank you

Very disappointed with the delivery arrangements and communication.

I explained by email in advance that no one would be home before 12pm on 20 October. Customer service replied that they thought delivery would be after 12pm, but I was then given a delivery slot of 09:33–12:33.

I called at around 4:30pm the day before delivery to explain the issue again and followed up by email, but received no updated time slot.

Delivery slots are only provided after 4pm the day before, yet customer service closes at 5pm. This leaves customers less than an hour to raise any problems and makes it very difficult to get them resolved before delivery.

The lack of clear communication and follow-up caused unnecessary stress and made it difficult to plan my day.

Took the table into the lounge assembled it removed all the packaging

The bed and mattress arrived on time. The delivery guys were fantastic and kept us informed of delivery time. They were very friendly and assembled the bed very efficiently, and took away all the packing. Excellent service.

The team ( Oscar and Olly) delivered 2 sofas to our house. They arrived on time and had phoned in advance to confirm their arrival time. They were very efficient and they ensured that no damage was caused during the delivery. We were impressed with the overall service.
