Excellent communication throughout the process and delivery staff were excellent. You have set the standard for delivery and I wish others could be half as good.

The guys were nice and friendly but they were rushing. Instead of removing my door they shoved the sofa through the doorway and damaged it, scraping off a bunch of wood and paint. I now need to get a builder in to repair the doorway.

Excellent delivery service on the day. Efficient, polite, considerate, friendly yet professional. The two person team negotiated an alleyway with scaffolding and brought our sofa up two flights without fuss. As promised, there was a call prior to delivery. Thanks!

The two delivery men kept me updated on their progress, and on arrival were cheerful and very efficient, taking care whilst unpacking and positioning my safa bed. The delivery was outside the three hour window so the team planning loads routes and delivery times needs to review their data and be more realistic about distances and unloading times.

Three guys working swiftly and efficiently together, professionally polite and whenever coming back in to the lounge, took off their shoes which I really appreciated.
Everything very impressively wrapped in plastic and some cloth over one part and watched them carefully bring in the arms, mechanism and sofa.
All done in no time.
