The plane is too hard to fly without sufficient directions. It already has a broken part after flying one time so we have ordered more parts but for almost a $200 airplane it is not up to par.

Terrible Customer Service!
Customer service appears to be non-existent. I ordered an F4U warbird, got no order status for WEEKS! When I asked for status, my order was CANCELLED!! I waited 2 more weeks, and ordered AGAIN. Same F4U warbird. Now it’s been over 2 weeks and I can’t get order status, AGAIN!!!
This is ABYSMAL!!!

The items worked right out of the box and were incredibly realistic! We live in UT and actually took them on real red rock and slick rock terrain.

Great support on faulty product!
Bought 2 RC planes and upon opening one there is a fault with the elevator control. Technical support talked me through steps to try and fix but after discovering there was a part fault, the team sent a replacement. Great products and great support. Thanks

Bad experience.
The part that was sent to me is not what I ordered. I have been to get this resolved but nothing is getting done. I sent a email and rve a response but that's as far as it goes. Also the part that was sent was broken.

Quick shipping but poor quality
Purchase process was great. Easy to shop and shipping was quick with accurate tracking. However upon getting the club plane it flew great out of the box but broke on first landing. The foam split open at the nose and now the propeller pops of when it turns on. Disappointed with how fragile this is for a beginner aircraft. Only flew for a couple minutes before becoming un flyable

Excellent Experience
I was excited to find a fun RC Boat at a great price on Exhobby.com and couldn't wait for it to get here as we just moved to a lake.
In testing it before I put it in the water, I found that the rudder wasn't working. Normally, the story ends there as I just return it. But knowing it's a smaller business, I reached out to see if they could help - and they were awesome!
With just a couple of emails and videos showing the issue, they were able to solve it and I'll be on the water as soon as the new part gets here.
Friendly, efficient and helpful, it was a pleasure to work with them and I'll make sure to come back as I'm sure all the kids will want their own - cuz they're not touching mine....
