Ordered over 6 weeks ago… they send you fake shipping updates and no order received! Scam website do not use !! Contacted company numerous times and fobbed off with fake shipping updates says in UK over week ago but still not received

If I could give zero I would.
I ordered 2x starter seed trays with grow lights £6.99 each plus postage. They eventually arrived but were nothing like they were described. No grow light, flimsy and the lids did fit. I have exchanged around 12 emails with this company, still no refund or acknowledgement that the description is misleading. They have offered compensation of £3 or to send me more trays.AVOID THIS COMPANY

Why are these companies still advertising via Google. They have stopped talking to me surprisingly.

I bought two 'mini propagators'. Flimsy rubbish. They arrived damaged, after several weeks. Advertised with lights, that didn't happen.
They may work once, if I'm lucky. Avoid.

I ordered mini propagators with lights - what came were plastic cartons. SCAM

Avoid at all costs. Absolute scammer. Advertised product but did not send as advertised, breach of trade description from the get go. Pretended item came via USA customs etc when all along came from China. No response to emails, Facebook correspondence etc. I will be escalating it further via FB and legal routes.

My strongest advice would to be avoid this company.
I have received two very cheap quality seed trays today 10/02/2024 ordered on 13/01/2024 tracked across America and into the UK, in reality they have come from China. They bear little resemblance to what was advertised they are certainly lacking the advertised lights, sold at half price, I took the bait like a ravenous Salmon, Most definitely not worth the half price or the money I paid for them. I could have paid a visit to my local Poundland and purchased better quality and at least four or five compared to the two I’ve received.
Think I can condense this and say an old fashioned ‘Rip Off’ Avoid. PS I don’t think it’s possible to award any stars!

Very expensive for cheap flimsy goods. Not as advertised. Only half the order sent. Customer services are apparently on vacation when asked for a refund ! Scammers... avoid !

Rubbish goods wrongly advertised don't order from these people you will be very disappointed. Receive inferior goods or even nothing at all. Customer service web site is automated and no phone number. Beware scam artists

I received my order fairly quickly but the product was not as described which made the items very expensive for what they were.

Less than half order received. Left with very expensive and useless items. Customer complaints disconnected while they go off to cheat somebody else.

Got it for my daughter to wear at school. It is always freezing in the school. This sweater goes with mostly anything on non-gym days. I got it in gray and navy. Only wish it had pockets - my daughter feels more comfortable with the option to keep her hands warm.

I’m glad I went half a size up like reviews recommended. I’m usually a 5.5 but the size 6 was perfect! They came perfectly packaged and are very comfortable.
