Salve, inserisco una sola stella perchè bisogna metterne almeno una, altrimenti non ne avrei messa nessuna.
Pensavo di aver acquistato un attrezzo che serve per rimandare la coppia serrante su un diverso punto da quello di applicazione del cricchetto; nele foto vi era un oggetto ben fatto di metallo, ma quello che ho ricevuto è poco più di un giocattolo di plastica per bambini, che si romperà al primo utilizzo.

I give not even 1 star! Ordered 2 anti theft cross body bags in February , this is now mid July and nothing. I have tried several times to contact & tracking with no luck! DO NOT BUY Anything from this place A rip off

I have ordered “ Two Crystal Quartz cups” after 6 weeks parcel was lost with Great Royal Mail” I have request the refund, then the seller have send me two glass cups from China pretending this is a the original item. Cost 71 dollars!

It's a SCAM, they publish ads on Instagram but the product never arrives.

I ordered a pants I had very bad experience,
1- They charged me 6:64$ extra and didn’t send it back .
2 - the fabric quality is bad and the finished details of design and sewing is very bad . A primitive tailor will do a better job .
3 - it took very long time to deliver the order . I don’t recommend them for shipping

There were several issues i faced when I bought an item with them.
1. I received the wrong product. I bought a their drill-free adjustable rod which was supposed to be 4m long, but received less than 20cm length rod
2.Their customer service was very very very bad. Their online customer service was not helpful at all. You never get anyone responding to your request.
3. They always refer to the non-functional customer service online platform when you send them a mail.

I will not recommend their service to anyone. This is FRAUD

I did not receive the product I ordered. They say it was delivered and to check with my family members and neighbours. I do not have any family members to receive my parcels and the neighbours would not except on my behalf. They also said to check with the post office and they do not have it. I do not believe the parcel was ever sent. They provide a tracking number but they cannot or will not tell me where it was delivered or who received it. This is fraud. Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. This is not over yet.

False advertising. Didn't received full item only 2 parts. Website is horrible. Can't get easy to customers service. For all trouble they cost me and didn't received the item they offered me 2 US dollars compensation... very disappointed. Don't go to my road!

This company has false advertising. The products are not even close to what they advertise. Their customer service runs you around in circles and you get nowhere. They do this to avoid returns and issuing refunds. Their hope is that customers will eventually just give up. Buyer beware. Stay away.

I love my new shirts. They protect me from the sun. The cotton fabric is nice and cool.

I received the wrong product. First their customer service system did not work.
Then they advised me to keep the wrong product as 'it would take very long time' for the other departments. THESE ARE FRAUDS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!
