Having purchased a gaming system for our daughter we were left a little lost as to the set up and why it wasn’t working properly but Jo was concise and understood exactly what we were doing wrong and walked us through it, in a manner that we useless techy people could understand.

Currently awaiting the arrival for my gaming PC, it was cheap and the service wasnt as bad as reviews suggest (for me at least). I really sympathise with the team as COVID is a hard time for everyone and they are trying their best. In a call to the company to check some details we couldn't do over live chat, the person who answered did it quickly and helped out with our issue, and the live chat went great! Would totally reccomend and I will update when I receive the PC!
Edit (12/11/21): I received the PC within a few days, I've had it for just over a week and it seems to work perfectly, with minimal to no issues, would totally reccomend and am now updating my rating to 5 stars instead of 4!

This is the one review you need. The company sends the package quickly and is packaged well. Their customer service is excellent as well. Jo is very clear with responses and answers quickly. They are very patient and deal with situations maturely. The prices are great for the quality you get, and are perfect if you are beginning to dwell into gaming but don’t know where to start. Great value and great products. Returns are smooth and the process is clear and easy to understand. Could not recommend more.

Great gaming pc bundle and after care provided by Jo

Following a problem with the computer that I purchased from them, their after sales support was great and they solved the issue.

Ordered a gaming pc for my son's birthday. Connected it while he was at school with the intention of surprising him when he got home. Unfortunately the monitor was not picking up the signal, contacted Expertec and within ten minutes had an email requesting pictures. Ten mins after that they were able to diagnose the problem and have it working perfectly. Great customer service, speedy delivery. Expecting one very happy boy once school is finished today. Thank you Expertec. I have previously ordered a gaming pc for my eldest child without any issues and have recommended them to two of his friends. One of which has also purchased a gaming pc from them. Couldn't recommend them high enough.

Ordered a gaming pc bundle for my son's Birthday. I used the chat facility and chatted with Jo a few times who was so helpful, I can safely say they are a pleasure to deal with.
