My sons gaming computer wasn’t working, I emailed Expertec with the problems and they responded really quickly, giving great advise to try and help. We unfortunately couldn’t resolve the problem at home so they advised us to send the computer to them and they had it fixed and returned back within 2 days. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend them. Thank you 😊.

I bought a pc like a week ago mabe 2 an it didn't work the way I liked so I contacted them they are so much help and an amazing company they where even kind enough upgrade my pc for an extremely low price I am made up thank you very much I recommend this company to anyone

From initial enquiry to delivery including Customer Service advice I've been impressed and delighted with the service that's been provided by Expertec. The purchase arrived a few days after order with text notice of delivery time and date. I needed a bit of help with the set up on the computer and was surprised and delighted when Jo from Expertec responded within an hour on the Sunday to reply to and to provide technical help to get me up and running. The gaming bundle that I ordered looks good and everything that I ordered arrived on time and undamaged. I bought my son full pc set from here.they were so helpful whilst I was choosing and answered all my questions I had, as I’d never bought anything like this before and needed some advice. Even when I was setting everything up they were really helpful and responded super quick to all the questions I had which was a great help to me as I’m not used to setting up this kind of thing. They made everything really easy for me which I really appreciated

Received my gaming pc bundle for my son yesterday..arrival was fast and smooth from the date of order to arrival ,was as expected if not sooner .. unfortunately not had time to set up yet as we are still waiting for desk to arrive but the system looks amazing and will update after desk arrival.I am very confident that all will be as fine as the service I have experienced so far …would use again without question service and price were faultless ..

Great Price & Service for reconditioned computer package. Advised 10 days estimated delivery - arrived within 3 days of order. I failed to find a extremely discreetly placed port on my screen -
Used online [chat] and got constructive prompt answer - called them next day & Jo stayed on the phone & babysat me through checking. Everything sorted (hadn't found port to plug a lead). Very human & friendly professionally efficient service.

Ordered a PC for my daughters birthday, it came much sooner than expected. Had an issue activating windows but customer service was excellent, responded and had it fixed within a few minutes. Really impressed.

The PC, monitor & keyboard arrived in good time and very good condition (keyboard was new).

Placed an order for a gaming PC and it arrived 2 days later. I am absolutely thrilled with it! Easy to put together and works like a dream. I definitely recommend this company.

Asked for advice pre purchase, as no idea what was needed!!! Responded almost immediately and also answered questions I had quickly. Arrived promptly and quicker than expected! Would have given this a 5 star rating if there has been clear instructions on how to hook it all up, we were slightly confused as a disc was included , yet there appears to be no disc drive anywhere. Anyhow we managed and daughter is very happy.
