A really straightforward and easy hire of some furniture for an exhibition in Birmingham. No hidden costs and excellent value for money. Much cheaper rates than other nearby event furniture providers. Will definitely be a return customer.

Easy to navigate website. Had what I needed.
2 x BBQ flat griddle type. 4x19kg gas cylinders. 4 chaffing dishes. 3 powder fire extinguishers, 1 fire blanket.
Called to check a few things. Again great service and knowledge on the phone.
Delivery and collection very efficient. With real time tracking in addition to an ETA message.
Great to be able to pay extra to return dirty.

Overall 5/5 will be hiring next year for sure.

We recently hired tables and tablecloths from ExpoHire for a guest speaker even. The ream were amazing with recommending the size we needed to helping us complete the purchase order. The tables were delivered and collected on time with several texts to inform us on timings.

Good product, easy to order; very helpful delivery driver. Wouldn't fault the service in anyway. Would use again.

Everything we ordered was good quality and clean. Delivery and pick up was on time and efficient. It was very easy to order the items we needed via the website and there were pictures of the items that we ordered.

Superb service from start to finish and competitively priced. They drivers were professional and helpful and the items we ordered were great quality. I can't recommend Expohire enough.

We hired and had to cancel within 2 days, due to a serious family medical issue. Expo took £300 full payment instantly and then went silent regarding refund or credit details, no communication for 5 months, despite repeated requests. Non responsive or empathetic, unlike literally every other company, large or small, is prepared to be. They are just in this for the money and not concerned at all about their customers. Know this if you're thinking of using this organisation. *I followed up as per response below, with details yet again, and another 3 weeks have passed without any response*

Ordered few things in July.Received on time and driver was very helpful.
on the event day one of the equipment never worked.Next day collection driver was very rude and unhelpful.First he denied to pick up stuff from garden as he had to walk through house to get to van.
Called their number so many times to complain but no answer then emailed them and got a call about refund and what not.Now it's been 2 months and no replies to email also

Used twice now for events.
Both times equipment has been delivered by friendly drivers, excellent quality and well organised.
Communication when adding items to order is excellent and collection times are precise and accurate.

Would recommend fully to those looking for equipment hire. 10/10.
