Wish I could give no stars brought cocktail advent calendar £25 for 2 it came it was about 10 inches long and instead of small mini bar cocktails it was tiny little bottles that looked like cocktails made out of acrylic im not sure what im suppose to do with that other than to put it in the bin

As with many reviews here. I received the eyelets but no tool.

I followed up with their customer service team who were clearly just leading me along.

This is the last time I buy anything via an add on Facebook. Meta need to get their act together and start brining some control to the crooks who market there.

Only a single element of the product shipped, useless on it's own. A fraction of the total cost offered as a refund, which I rejected. I now have no product and no refund - APPALLING!

Scamming company sends you the cheap part if any of your order likes to make you think the care don't do the photos as they will only offer you pennies then they stop to reply when your not happy with the offers they make you SCAM SCAM SCAM WARNING DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Dear Person Behind Me' Sweatshirt. Tracked it all the way then it disappeared. When I emailed (several times) I was just told to be patient. Cant get my money back. Totally disgraceful,

Cheats and liars. I ordered punch tool and only got the grommets delivered. After several emails of them insisting that I got what I ordered and took £1 refund. We settled on £3, as it would cost fortune to send their crap back. Don’t fall for their scam sales

Update to Grommet tool order.
• Parcel delivered Monday morning 13/10/25
• Grommet tool was not in the packet with the grommets.
• Monday morning 11:53 13/10/25, sent message to exposianum.co.uk stating that the grommet tool was not in the parcel. NO REPLY FROM: exposianum.co.uk.
• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 05:47 received email from exposianum.co.uk saying ‘the parcel had been delivered to a safe place (Back porch)’.
• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 07:41 I sent email to exposianum.co.uk saying ‘The Grommet Punch Tool is missing from the parcel. Only the grommets were delivered.’
• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 07:44 (note: just 3 minutes after my previous message) exposianum.co.uk replied with ‘According to your email address, we have detected that you did not place an order in our store. Could you please check your order details again? We are afraid that you may reach out to the wrong company and the wrong person.’
• Unfortunately, I had used a different email address to send my message.
• At 07:52 I resent my message using the correct email address.
• It is worth noting that exposianum.co.uk replied to my first message within 3 minutes, but like the message I sent on Monday I have not received a reply ‘YET’
CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING VERY SUSPICIOUS GOING ON HERE.

It is also worth noting Norton Internet Security blocks their web page on my computer.

Like others it appears I’ve been scammed by trying to buy a bag of eyelets and eyelet tool from this scam site. A bag of cheap silver eyelets arrived (eventually) but I’d ordered both silver and brass eyelets and a tool. Contacting them via email they advised that it had been delivered and had I looked behind the bins/checked with neighbours/asked at the post office/etc. Yet the tracking number they’ve given me shows it’s still in US customs and has been for 2 weeks. Now they just don’t bother replying… Wish I’d checked Trustpilot before ordering. Trying to get to their website now TotalAV flags it as a scam site - it didn’t a couple of weeks ago.

Update: I actually received, today, what I ordered albeit over a month late and only after numerous emails. The tool itself is okay but not great. I would’ve been better paying a couple of quid more and getting a better quality item, delivered when I needed it, from Amazon. Lesson learned.

ordered grommet tool kit only gromets arrived was offered £1 compensation or could return package to china at my expense it was originally sent from USA.How can i return something that did not arrive.Total ripoff do not use these scam artists

Absolutely con artists yes I ordered the grommet tool kit and only got the grommets no tool offering £2 refund absolute joke DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Half the order arrived, grommets, no hand tool therefore useless. Offered £3 as a refund. Beware these are scammers

Non-delivery. Driver claims to have delivered the article to a 'safe place'. We were at home. Had paid for delivery to my home. Both of us at home on the alleged date of delivery. Exposianum unable to to do more than insist it was delivered to a 'safe place' and have advised me to go to the local Post Office to find it. That's not on when I've paid for home delivery.

Service extremely poor. Product useless for purpose and badly manufactured. E-mails bounced back. Tracking website useless.

I would not trust this company, feel it’s a scam. Lots of messages about delivery but coming from USA!!! Amazon was cheaper with next day delivery

Ordered 2 sweatshirts 11/3/25 cost £34.90 with free postage. Was charged £41.88 on 14/3/25 with no explanation. Was then told the products could not be delivered due to an error and they would be sent back to the sender. I asked for a refund. They offered me to resend the products but wanted to re charge me and also charge for postage because they said the products would not go back to them at their address. I said that the return address was her own process problem and not m fault and asked about the extra charges . They did not respond to that and just kept saying they would re send for more money and that they had offered me the solutions- which was pay more. I advised that I wanted a refund in 7 days. I heard nothing since then. I have just advised I’m going to take things further as they have taken £41.88 from me and not delivered any product. So have stolen my money.

Ordered beginning of December been asking for a refund as not received keep getting same tired generic response avoid at all costs

And contact his landlord at the industrial estate he/she rented from. I have a nickname; MANN C××NT and they will find out why

Ordered goods yesterday (1st March 2025) received confirmation from the company quoting the price I agreed. Then received confirmation that payment had been forwarded to the company via paypal (not my account - I paid by credit card) and the amount was greater than the sum I had agreed to. Checked my Credit card and the higher amount has been charged. Emailed the UK address on the vendors confirmation
to query the extra cost and request a refund of the difference. Await their response. If they do not comply I will raise a transaction dispute via the credit card company.

Actually ZERO stars!! I ordered a metal plate to fix a faulty cupboard hinge before Christmas. Notification of delivery was received on 13th January however I haven’t received it. After several emails I was provided with a tracking number. On contacting Royal Mail I was advised the package was delivered but that the address on it was not mine! Due to data protection laws they were unable to provide me with details. I have a copy of my order clearly showing my correct address. Despite this obviously being an error by this useless rip off company they are continually blaming Royal Mail.
Avoid them like the plague

I ordered a Hoodie for £22.83 and after the payment had been taken the payment was changed to a PayPal Payment without my authorisation!!!

I was led to believe I was ordering from a UK company but the item was actually shipped from Columbus in USA!!!

I ordered the hoodie on 25-01-25 and it has arrived today 19-02 25 nearly 1 month later!!!

I ordered the hoodie in 5XL but received a 3XL!!!

I ordered the hoodie in Hu Blue but received something completely different to the picture!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
