Charged tax that was not agreed to on invoice that they sent me . They charged it after agreed price, to PayPal . There is no way to contact this company . I was sent an invoice for PayPal £23.98. They have charged me £5.00 tax and also insurance on the PayPal account this was not mentioned in my email agreeing to £23.98. I only found out when I went to check my PayPal account. This is dishonest I have reported it to PayPal who advise you to contact said company which it is impossible to do.. I wish I had looked at trustpilot before ordering.

They charged without telling me extra shipping costs more than £10. Confused by PayPal which I didn't ask to pay and get two receipts which are different amount of payments. Hope the bag will arrive. Don't use this company. I should have purchased by Amazon.

Again a zero rate for this company. Ordered the log splitter, which is meant to be two parts. Only one part arrived as the envelope was split when it arrived, so I have no way of actually using this. Contacted Customer Support who are a waste of space. Asked for the missing pare, replacement or full refund - been offered £3 as a goodwill gesture, what an insult. Take your money and rip you off - stay well clear

This company has problems. I ordered from them. The parcel was tracked to my national delivery site and then nothing. Exposanium were able to tell me within 24hrs that it had been returned to them but had not arrived. They offered a refund but they would deduct the original postage plus a proportion of the cost of the goods! I was to suffer a financial penalty for the errors of their courier!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two pens they overcharged so I tried to cancel order they knocked £5 off but still haven't seen my pens! 7 weeks they've had my money now and nobody responds to the only email address you can contact them on. Save your money because you won't get what you ordered.

I would give no stars but this wont allow that ordered 2 keyrings end nov for christmas got 1 keyring so 1 missing today 27th dec cant find a way to contact them on site atall. Tried to contact on thier fb advert absolutely no reply from them . Honestly give them a wide berth very much a buyer beware site!!!!

I prefer to say zero stars. This company rips people off, they should be closed down. I ordered Screw Log Splitters. The parts do not fit together and of inferior metal. Advertising is misleading as they are not fit for purpose. This company has taken this pensioners money under false representation.

Placed order for black, retractable fountain pen plus ink cartridges. Ink delivered by Royal mail, no pen, last heard of at depot in Wales. Where is my pen?Supposedly from US. Where in China is US?

1.Ordered a Leather Hat, described as real leather with supporting video of a guy cutting real leather at a workshop in USA.
2. Took more money from my account than was stated, later refunded as clerical error.
3. Tracking showed history from leaving the workshop in New Jersey, USA, then in transit to US Customs, followed by arrival and delivery in the UK. Lies!
4. The hat is Pu Leather, made in China(labelled as such) and delivered direct from Coalville, England.
CONCLUSION - conmen!

Would really like to give no stars as this company doesn't seem to have any rules. Items were overcharged at the beginning, supposedly their error. No refund given. Items not as portrayed, returned to their UK warehouse at my own cost, with proof of purchase, no confirmation of receipt of goods. Repeatedly asked for a refund, but as of yet no response.

Metal pull tag on zipper shattered after 1 use, poor quality zip used, thought I was buying from UK company based on website domain but goods came from China 10 days later.

Very sceptical due to the fact the price I thought I was paying has ended up £10 more than what expected to go from our bank .

Be careful of companies that seem to have lots of good reviews. But they are all placed by people who only have one review to their name. They are writing by ones who have association with the con men companies to make themselves look good. Anyone on here for this company that have place bad reviews have more than one review to their name, all the good reviewers have only ever placed this review!! Warning signs!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Appalling customer service. Ordered, cancelled before dispatch, which their website said I was entitled to do and they refused to refund. Dreadful company with no come back for customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Poor quality goods and will not refund. Customer service appaling (offered £1 refund and finally increased offer to £4 for goods that cost £17 approx to buy). Definitely won't buy again. Lesson learned.

Bought a dress, the dress they sent was completely different. Enquired about it and the customer service team say they are happy that its the same dress.
Not sure how to attach photos.
But please trust. Save your money

I brought a mental health saying hoodie 9th February keep emailing and getting same response following tracking still no update asked for full refund now and just of the phone from TSB banking for a full refund do not use this company they are cons !

I would not deal with this company again. I bought a two piece magnetic case for my Samsung galaxy S10 phone and when it arrived it was obvious that it was too big for the phone. It was actually a case for the Galaxy S10 Plus. When I told them they'd sent the wrong one, and provided photos to prove it, they insisted it was the right one. They've offered a partial refund saying I can keep the case, which I can't use. They won't give a full refund so I'm out of pocket and stuck with a case that's useless. Stay away from this company.
