Long drawn out options for phone queries
Finally got through and was cut off!

Good straightforward provider
It was straightforward to insure my scooter and at a reasonable price.I had a person dent and damage paint on a car in a car park about 4 years ago which I did not think was relevant to insurance on my scooter so did not mention it on my application, however all that sort of info is available to insurers these days and some would use it as a reason to up the price. So fair play to Express for keeping the quote the same.

Terrible automated telephone service…
Terrible automated telephone service and personal service too. And you can do very little to manage your policy on line. Represents as 3 different companies, so confusing.

I put out a search for my bike insurance and the price at Express bike insurance was competitive and the cover is excellent saving me £30 on my renewal quote from my current insurance
