Read if you want to change your policy
Absolute con men of insurance company great when you get your first policy but don't try to change your bike they quoted am extra £660 to mend my policy and change bike then said they can create a new policy for £350 but will have to loose my 6 month no claims but other insurance companys are coming in at only £200 for the same details absolute rip off of a company

It's no good saying things like that like I said in my original comment 660 to change policy or 350 to start new does not show any fair or competitive prices in comparison to 200 from 4 different insures

Slow response
Slow response, slow documents transfer. I have been lied that the brokers not gonna refund my full amount in the "cool off period" and after 1 hr. on the phone with 2... agents discussing cancelation and new policy details I've been told that I have to speak with them again for policy cancelation on the one which supposed to be already canceled. Certainly not gonna use those brokers again! They are everithing but "Express".
