Customer Service halted the print for me since there was a delay in the closing and I didn't want to mail the "Just Sold" postcards until it was offically closed. I emailed them back in a few day, they went out right away in a bulk mail. It was seamless in working with them.

DEFECTIVE POSTCARDS MAILED OUT
I've paid for 2 different Postcard orders in 2026, including printing and mailing. Both orders resulted in a "smeared" printing of the Cover photo. Expresscopy blamed the Post Office, offering no additional help with the Post Office they use on a daily basis! Denied any refund. Horrible product that was sent out with MY name on it.

In January we explained USPS Roller Burns and gave you a large discount that you used on your next order. Unfortunately sending to the same neighborhood will result in the same problem. Both copies of your cards that we printed for Quality Assurance don't have the "smear". We can print your card and mail in an envelope, and there will be no markings from their rollers. It's not ideal, but we all have to use the USPS to deliver our mail. Thanks for working with us Janet!

The printed post cards came out beautiful better than I imagined. Very useful to have them eliminate duplicate addresses and flag ones incorrectly entered on the spreadsheet. So simple to download my file and order the post cards. They are always sent out in a timely fashion and I appreciate the status emails!
