THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE!!!!

I just got scammed, whoever wants a proof I can send you all screenshots...
Sent them first payment via bank transfer, they claimed they did not receive it (my bank is now looking into it)
So I sent them again, in Bitcoin. Again 200 pounds.
Super polite, all the way till the end, very supportive. That was what I fell for.
As soon as they received another 200 in Bitcoin they disappeared.
I lost 400 pound in the process...I was an idiot. Dont do the same mistake!
The reviews you are reading below are not for these criminals but for the actual pharmacy that used to be there.

This is a scamming website. Even when you provide proof of payment, they deny they receiving my money. The money left m6 account. DO NOT use this site unless you want to lose money. They were very rude to me, even giving me the middle finger on a WhatsApp message?

Shameful, untrained staff, lack of knowledge of terpenes importance from pharmacist, refuse to accept complaint, then failing to forward that complaint to their mother clinic, "Treat - It".

From May to today, 1st of August 2025, I've tried to make them aware about terpenes profile importance and fragility, send AI research about etc., dealing with "Treat - It" clinic Development Director, who intervene to improve terpenes protection approach, instructed them to dispatch my flowers always with TerpenesShield sachets - then they failed again!

"Treat It" Director posted replacement sachets to me, offered complimentary pack of flowers to replace damaged, which turned into dust - then pharmacy failed again !

Treat It dev.director admitted today, that he feels unable to guarantee quality of flowers delivered 🤦🏻

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Whichever clinics patients you are, especially "Treat - In" (btw: see my update for that clinic, I have to reduce 5* to 2*, and I'm not sure it should be 1*) don't agree and do not accept prescriptions send to Xpress Pharmacy, it's trouble and over dried flowers, turning to dust in less than two weeks, even when always stored in original closed packaging in my fridge door, shame of them 😱

They have to go, they happy to dispatch subpar quality flowers without any terpenes protection records, and no sachets for patients - and best way of punishment, or consequence is to "vote by leaving" - or never agree to be serviced by them from beginning.

You have been warned.

They are a fraudulent site and you will not receive anything listed on the site. They will ask you to pay in Bitcoin or bank transfer to a personal account. It is a fraud and a scam. Do not send any money.

I placed an order and was sent across details for to pay. My bank automatically flagged up that this isn’t a business account & is a personal account! I was rushed to make the payment when I questioned it. My order never arrived and they have been ignoring my messages & emails. I have had to report this fraud to the police and to my bank to get my money back. Do not bother, they are scamming people. I am going to report them to action fraud aswell.

Complete scam! They took money and delivered no medication & just ignore any contact you try to make. STAY WELL CLEAR!

In view of the fact that I needed some medicines urgently I found this page which doesn't look like a scam at all, the only strange thing is that they ask you to make a transfer instead of paying with your card, and on top of that it is to a personal account, they are evil thieves, who play with people's needs, I hope they rot when they find them, they are bastards.

This is a scam site - do not use. Will take a transfer payment and then ignore you and not send any product. I am reporting as a fraudulent company and my bank are having to reviver the payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered my medication paid express delivery. Should have realized when the account was paid to a personal account not to the Pharmacy
I got an email so called from the Royal Mail.saying my parcel.was pending. And required £200. I sent the email to the Royal Mail security team They emailed back and said was a scam
The whole thing is a scam and I will report it

I totally agree with last review, they are scammers. Wish I'd seen this review first. Once they got my money, no response at all! Website even seems to have closed down. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

DO NOT USE! I ordered medication at a significant cost and paid for special delivery. Was given no tracking details or delivery estimate. No medication has arrived. On closer examination of Companies House the website is a front as the actual pharmacy was dissolved as a limited company in 2020 so the claim they are practicing as a licenced pharmacy from those premises is likely fraudulent and illegal. Please avoid these people, they are scammers!

Rude to elderly and vulnerable people. Could not believe what I witnessed, this morning.
Used to be amazing , new staff completely.
I have now changed my nominated pharmacy. If you have elderly relatives that use this pharmacy, you need to go in with them to protect them from their dismissive , uncaring attitude!
