I just love my EYEMOS. I have extremely dry eyes, especially after cataract surgery. Using the wet heat along with various vibration settings, the EYEMOS gives me comfortable relief. The mask also helps me to fall asleep many nights. It’s just so relaxing and soothing. My friend introduced me to EYEMOS and I am very thankful she did. I just ordered another one so I’ll have a backup one or an extra one to put in another room. This is a great product. Thank you EYEMOS!

Chemo completely fried my eyes and it was suggested that I use warm moist cloths on my eyes which was difficult and cumbersome as they would slip off and get cold very fast…then I tried the disposable eye pads that heat up in the microwave and managed to burn myself more times than I care to remember…saw an ad for Eyemos and thought why not? Let me tell you…Eyemos was/is a game changer…I used the mask twice a day for a couple of months and I can’t recommend it enough. So easy to use…just plug it in…set the controls and let it do its thing…I would fall asleep while wearing it it was so soothing. My eyes are fine now but I keep the mask in the dresser next to my bed when I feel my eyes getting a little strained by computer use…I just slip it on for a few nights and my eyes definitely relax. I absolutely recommend this product.

The eyemask made no difference. Purchased a competitor’s and it was amazing. When I tried to return the Eyemos mask, first it was back and forth emails with their customer service rep and then they wanted pictures. Then they explained I had to pay for the return. They did offer me to keep the mask and they’d refund me 70%. I don’t need it so I ended up paying for return shipping. I would Never buy from this company. The company responded and said they refunded me 100% which is true but I arill Has to pay $10 to send it back.

I’ve had dry eyes since my teens. I’ve used hot washcloths with baby shampoo. Nothing worked. I tried the Realief and after the morning use I instantly had a good relief from my irritated eyes. I’m 67 and it’s been a long time of living with dry scratchy eyes. I’m using the eye pads morning and night. Best relief I’ve had ever. So glad I ran across the add for this product.

When I reached out to contact Eyemos, Taylor was very prompt in helping me talk to Diane in customer care. She knew immediately what the problem was and was very helpful with clear instructions. Her follow up was spot on. Very happy with my eye mask and the service.

In the evening, after dark, my eyes would dry out while watching TV or using a screen. They would become blurry, hazy and extremely uncomfortable. After only 1 use I no longer had this problem! It seemed too good to be true but night after night it was the same. Only a couple of times since Day 1 have I needed to use eye drops but, even then, only 1-2 drops/eye. I’m hoping with continued use I will experience less tearing when I go outside or into places with ceiling fans - my eyes always water in the wind and breeze :-/

I ordered the eye mask here in Australia and it arrived within a few days. It looked like a good quality item, so I was disappointed when it did not seem to work properly. An email to Dianne at Eyemos was answered immediately and she correctly diagnosed the problem as my power supply. (I didn't know that different usb power adapters have different power ratings) It is working well now and is really helping to relieve my dry eyes. Thank you Dianne.

Have the eye mask and the eye wipes. Had a shipping issue that was resolved quickly and kindly. The eye mask provides soothing heat and massage to release blocked lipids to keep moisture on my eyes. The eye wipes clean and cool my eyelids and reduce the redness of rosacea. Think using each night will reduce allergy symptoms too. Have used other eye masks and hot wet towels for many years. This mask plugs into my couch and the ease of use encourages daily treatments. Highly recommend the products and the company.

It really does help. Do not use drops nearly as much. Mainly need drops for allergies only.

As a very active 56 year old the last thing I expected was for my outdoor activities to almost come to a holt because of dry eye. This winter I had the cold that kept on giving and it's last gift was dry eye... not happening I thought, so started googling some answers as the drops weren't really working. I came across eyemos and what they were saying in their page made sense to me. I ordered the wipes, they turned up very quickly and the relief was almost instant after the first use.
I love how they are individually wrapped keeping hygenie to a great standard.
I use them at night after I've washed my face. Using the bumby side, one end for the right eye, the other end for the left eye. I then turn the wipe over and wipe over the rest of my face, there's great products in those wipes.
After continued research I decided to order the mask a few weeks later and wow, the heat and massage effect on the eyes was very relaxing. Also next level game changing for helping to clear persistant blockages.
My eyes have never felt better.
100% recommend these products to everyone.

I tried to purchase one month of Eyemos wipes to try them, and was unable to do so without agreeing to have monthly deliveries. Read the fine print during checkout. This is not an honorable way to do business.

For years after lasik surgery I immediately i knew there was something wrong with left eye. For 25 yrs I have been searching fir relief. I saw eyemos online gave a try and the best my eye has ever felt. I highly recommend these eye wipes for eye relief

Excellent product, which my ophthalmologist also endorses. Dianne responded to my query immediately when I was unable to get the max temperature on the mask. A different adapter was the easy solution. Customer service is prompt, personal, and helpful. I've just ordered the dry eye wipes as well.

The mask was not operating as expected on arrival. I immediately emailed EYEMOS and their response was quick and helpful. My adapter was not powerful enough, as soon as I used an adapter following the instructions the mask heated and is very effective.
Great customer service! I look forward to seeing if the mask alleviates my dry eyes.

Fantastic product and customer service

I recently ordered the eye wipes. They are wonderful and easy to use with no irritation at all. I like to use them in the morning to get that sticky feeling out of my eyes and then I might use them again at the end of the day if I have make up on, so it’s a real good cleanser for make up as well. Another thing that I like about these particular eye wipes is that they are a really good size. Others I have tried are considerably smaller, so with this product you definitely get your money’s worth! ❤️"

Using EYEMOS on a regular basis has really improved the dryness of my eyes, so I am not using eye drops as often.
