Not bad

Im finding my mask helpful in managing my dry eye. I prefer to use water spray which leaves my eyes moist and hydrated after. The only negative i would say it is that it had a bit of a neoprene smell when opened. I had to wash it immediately, since then its not bad. I would recommend this product though.

Bad product

As others have said, it doesn't even reach your eyelids. My bruder mask is so much more effective and I thought this would be a better alternative. Yeah, offered 50% back for not returning it. I told them, why would I want to keep this if it's not working. Waiting for the next email. I want a FULL refund.

Totally fair to be frustrated if something doesn’t work the way you expected — we get it. EYEMOS isn’t like the Bruder mask, and while a lot of people do find it more convenient and effective for daily use, it’s clearly not the right fit for you.

Eyemos Eyemask Does Not Work!

Received product February 3rd and ordered two with a special offer totaling $84.00 which included a no risk trial for 30 days. The mask did not reach my eyelids; it is too big for the face; it should ONLY cover the eye area. It is ill-constructed. So, I emailed them on Feb 11th, and they said they would help me with the return but needed a photo. I remained professional throughout all eight (8) emails back and forth (Feb 11th – 27th); they asked many questions, as well as, suggested various options for wearing it. I kept requesting a refund. They offered this option “Instead of the hassle of returning the mask and covering the return cost, we can offer you a 30% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill if you're willing to keep the Eyemask.” I said no thank you. Then they offered a 50% refund, and finally in their next email, offered a 70% refund. I accepted the 70% refund. I think they would have eventually refunded the total amount, but I was willing to accept a 70% refund. This eye mask DOES NOT relieve dry eye symptoms. It's important to READ REVIEWS about products before purchasing as there are so many SCAMS out there!

That’s a frustrating experience, and you’re right to be annoyed. It shouldn’t take eight emails to sort something out — we dropped the ball there.

We’ve since made changes to our return process so customers don’t get stuck in long back-and-forths like this again. And while many people do get real relief from our mask, we understand it’s not one-size-fits-all — especially when comfort and fit are this personal.

False Promises on Free Trial no risk

Received product Dec 27th and ordered two with a special offer totalling $84.00. What was I to lose as it offered a no risk trial for 30 days. The mask would not reach my eyelids to use and I contacted them on Jan 9th, Jan 10th, Jan 14th, and on Jan 15th they said they would help me with the return but needed a photo. As I was away, I could not send the photo until Feb 12th. Now they are saying to try wearing the mask backwards or they can only offer me 30% back.
What a SCAM! Don't waste your time as they are not standing behind what they advertise.

Mask runs VERY large

I did not care for the mask as it does not fit over the eyes and provide the heat comfort that is needed. I got the run around when I asked to return it but after several emails, I was given a US address to return it so I got refunded. My advice - choose your mask carefully!!

Terrible Hidden Return Policy Location

The eye masks are good quality, but there is a gap between the heated section of the mask and it doesn’t make contact with my eyes. The heated air is not sufficient to unclog my eye glands and help with dry eyes. When I contacted EYEMOS for a return, they asked for photos of the masks and then said I can ship them at my expense back to AUSTRALIA from Los Angeles, CA! They intentionally left that part off their website under their return policy. By making the return shipping really expensive, I am less likely to return the product. If they have a distribution location in the US, that location should also accept the returns. Unethical business practice! Do NOT buy from this company! There are plenty of quality dry eye masks on Amazon. So aggravating!

At the time of your request, we didn’t yet have a return hub in the US, but we now do — and all returns from the US are processed domestically to avoid exactly this kind of inconvenience.

Also, as a small gesture, we’re happy to send out a box of our Dry Eye Wipes — no cost, no strings. They’re gentle, effective, and sometimes work better for the kind of discomfort you mentioned. Just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
