Good and reliable.
My first order arrived literally smashed to bits by the delivery company they used (dpd local) and i called them (EyeTek) directly after opening the parcel.
I fired off an email with a photo of the parcel and remains of the item, as asked during the phonecall.
I returned the parcel via Royal Mail and I got an exchange unit sent as soon they received my return shrapnel.
They even dropped a £10 note in the new parcel to cover my postage.
Great customer service.

Excellent Service from EyeTek. When I phones to enquire about the technical specifications of a particular piece of kit I was given good advice and the circumstances of my requirement were taken into account. I actually ended up spending less as the item I was looking at did not need live streaming. The kit when it arrived within 24 hours is great. Very inconspicuous, well made and sturdy, and delivers good crisp images even in low lighting conditions. Sound quality is good with clear audio.
I'd highly recommend Eyetek if you are looking for reasonably priced covert or security surveillance kit.

I bought a 25day audio recorder usb and although initially I experienced set up problems which caused me to post a negative review I was later inclined to change my review to a very good one. The Co takes seriously any complaints from customers because in no less than 1 hour after my post I got an email from a Phil Stevens apologizing for the problems that I had experienced and gave me assurance that if the product doesn't work according to my satisfaction they were happy to take it back for a full refund and that they were prepared to help me resolve some of the problems that I had mentioned. You don't normally get this fast response nowadays and for that I was very grateful. When I also asked me to call me on the weekend he called in less than 15 minutes although I missed the call. Thank you so much for your excellent service and living true to your values of "We don't just sell it we build it". I would strongly recommend your products for anyone considering to buy.

I had a few queries on how to use my product to it best ability and had to phone them a few times. Each member of staff I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. Everything was explained patiently (I am new to all this technology!)

Good product well made. Pretty easy to use.

Other than the problem of ringing when only the receptionist was there, my fault, not their's, and once I got through to the right staff, they were really good to deal with. They answered some questions I had about the product, and agreed to ship via the post office as I need the item quickly, rather than by courier, which takes an age to get to the remote location in which I live.

The device that I bought seemed expensive at first, but the quality is first rate, so don't judge their products on price, you need to feel the quality.

Not being tech savvy myself, the guys at Eyetek have been really helpful and patient. The device was easy to use and I got to grips with how to use it quickly. I have already recommended them to others.

I purchased a camera hidden within a phone docking station. It was completely undetectable, recorded excellent quality pictures and sound. The camera paid dividends as a thief was caught, the police investigated, they were very impressed with the camera and quality and the footage is being used as evidence in the matter.

Product is very good and works perfect. The device is better than I thought with high resolution and sound recording.

Looks exactly like a real PIR, fantastic.

Eyetek even extended the power lead to a few meters so i can route the power cable to the power socket.

Very quick delivery that was timed to within the hour so easy to catch.
