Be advised.
Although it is true you can request to clear your goods yourself from CBSA, what they fail to mention in this blog is they make that process as difficult as possible. However you are advised up front this will delay your parcel delivery by weeks.
Great customer service as alway!

I dealt with Maricel only and I had a pleasant experience. She was great from the start. She deserves 5/5. Heck 10/10. She explained exactly what I had to do when the merchant declared higher amounts then I had paid for my items. Ended up saving me a lot of money.
I'm rating it 4 out of 5 stars. I found everything great and smooth. I just wish there was a pick up option, instead of them shipping through Canada post. It is extremely slow. If you guys can add that as an option, it's amazing.

Maricel is the best customer service rep in Canada!
I am a Canadian originally from western Europe. Apart from high-end stores my experience of customer engagement in Canada has NOT been pleasant. I can write a thesis on Canada Post and a few others. However, Maricel Mendoza has proved there are some islands of excellence. She is the best customer service representative I have dealt with in Canada. She courteously and efficaciously dealt with my inquires and kept me regularly updated until resolution. Five stars for you, Maricel!

excellent communication!
The person that was helping me from Ezclear was Maricel and they were absolutely delightful!! Responded to my emails almost immediately ever single time , and helped me get my package to me when Canada Post stop processing my order and left it in their warehouse (which is 15 mins from my address/destination) for 3 days and 2 days longer than the estimated delivery.
