Great mattress and price
Delivery was on time, we love how it arrives in a box and once in our bedroom it was easy to unwrap. Most importantly so comfortable! So pleased we upgraded our mattress!

My mattress was not delivered
My mattress was not delivered, l received a message l assume was from the driver which appeared on my mobile as a scam. If the driver had rung back and it appeared as a scam again l would have answered. I tried to contact the you by telephone and was held on hold for ten minute with no explanation how long l would be holding on.

Slot given was 16.0 :- 19.00, didn't arrive till 19.30, but in the dark coming to an isolated house in unlit country, that was appreciated - and even more when the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Great to see them.

Mattress is great, delivery shocking
Mattress is great, delivery shocking - left on the drive with box half destroyed and just dragged across. Was unable to get off the drive when then needing to go out and my 6 month pregnant wife had to try and move the very heavy parcel.

Exceptional Mattress and Outstanding Customer Support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently purchased this mattress, and it's exactly as advertised—truly exceptional! It offers great support, is breathable, thick, and incredibly comfy. The delivery was impressive as well - the mattress arrived rolled in a tube inside a box with wheels on the bottom, making it easy for a single person to move.
We had a small hiccup with the delivery, but Ren from customer support resolved it immediately. After reaching out, we received the mattress the very next day. I'm extremely satisfied with both the product and the phenomenal customer service. Highly recommended!

Hybrid max mattress
Hybrid max mattress - had it for one month now and it is very comfortable. Very happy with the product and the speed of the delivery.
It is a heavy mattress so rotating may not be easy but I just rotate which end I'm sleeping on instead.
