Had a minor issue with one of the products arriving.
I contacted the customer service team and almost immediately had a response from Georgina, with a follow up chat with Bailey.
The issue was resolved within 36 hrs and considering the time difference between AUS @ UK I would rate that above and beyond
Let’s be honest errors or mistakes happen it a fact.
The real worth of any company is how you respond to these.
Ezink are a perfect example of how to turn a negative into a positive
I will be using them again in the future

My package was lost in transit but Bailey and Lisa went above and beyond to find my package as quickly as possible while also being easy to talk to and adding on to the order which shows how the ezink team genuinely cares about the customers and the buisness.

At no point during ordering or checking out was it noted there would be almost 30$ in duties on the order. When I emailed them regarding it they said there’s nothing they can do.

Hello, I reached out to EZINK on a Sunday evening, expecting to wait 3-5 business days for a response. To my surprise it wasn’t even 3-5 minutes before they wrote back to me in great detail as well as paying close attention to my question and explaining how they can get their product in my hands as soon as possible(since I have a deadline for when I need the items). They did great and were transparent about everything , ultimately leaving the decision to purchase from them in my hands. EZINK customer service was not pushy or giving me false hope that my item would arrive, it was just a clear realistic expectation for delivery. I ended up placing my order for the 13 items that I needed for this themed party I am attending and have full confidence that the order will arrive in time. I ordered yesterday around 3pm (pst) and it looks like my order is already being processed and picked up by UPS, I was given free express shipping due to the amount I spent. All in all, the customer service alone would bring me back to purchase from EZINK and I would definitely recommend them for all of the design selection. I’ll be sure to comment again once the order arrives and how quickly it made it to my doorstep but for now, Thank you again for the great customer experience EZINK

Placed an order in July 25th in early morning–paid extra for express shipping ("4-7 business days") and now it's August 1st (after a week)my order just flight departed from Sydney to Canada. I'll probably received my order on August 4-5 because Fedex doesn't deliver on weekends. If I knew my order won't get shipped after 3 DAYS, I wouldn't order at all! I would appreciate it if they clarified it that I will received my order within at least 7 business days or more, not within 4-7 business days for "express shipping" before placing an order. Not worth it!

Did want to give you EZINK a bad rating but my order status has not changed since I made my purchase 5 days ago despite me paying for express delivery. I paid the money and funds have left my account. But yet my order is still at “label created”. The delivery service has not received the product. Again it’s been 5 days since the purchase. What alarming is the lack of communication via your publicly available email and on your social media accounts.

UPDATE: I originally left a review on 7/19 due to delays and lack of communication. I had paid for express shipping, but my order remained at “label created” for 5 days, with no movement from UPS.

I finally received my order on 8/1—much later than expected for express shipping—due to delays with UPS receiving the package. That said, the presentation and packaging were excellent. The items arrived well-protected, with multiple “how-to” guides included, showing EZINK’s commitment to helping customers have a smooth application experience.

I had ordered these for a specific event, so if you’re purchasing for a set date, I recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance. Express shipping did not significantly reduce delivery time in my case.

Once the tattoos arrived, I felt confident applying them after reading the instructions. The process was simple, and with a friend’s help, I applied both sleeve designs. I followed the directions carefully, and by the next morning the tattoos looked great—sharp, professional, and detailed. Now, 48+ hours later, they still look fresh, and several people even complimented “the artist,” not realizing they were temporary tattoos.

Overall, the product quality, design detail, and price are excellent. The only drawback is the delivery timeline, which should be made clear upfront so customers can plan accordingly.

I had an issue with my order being lost in transit. The customer service I received completely turned the situation around. Bailey, Lisa, and Georgina went above and beyond to solve my problem quickly and with so much care. Everything was handled smoothly, and I was kept updated every step of the way.

I will be receiving my tattoos soon, will definitely be ordering again.

I rarely do reviews but let me tell you with my first purchase of 2 sleeves…it was awesome!! The design and details on the tattoos….amazing 👌I got a lot of compliments and it does last 2 weeks. Dont look any further and order from EZINK you’d thank me later.

I recently order over $100 worth of product from them and evidently received a completely different order. Being frustrated of course, I reached out to their customer service and they actually responded extremely quick and respectfully. They got my correct shipped to me although they were out of stock of one of the choices I chose in the beginning they let me choose a replacement and even covered the difference in price all while letting me keep the wrong order I received prior. All round the customer service is definitely top notch. And well worth trying them again. The tattoos definitely are top quality and look just as good as the real thing. 10/10 recommend.

Great quality, super easy to use, fast delivery, good comms with sellers. I am in the process of choosing a Tribal sleeve so decided to try out EZINK and wow what an amazing product. It's really easy to apply and lasts 2 weeks+ if you look after it. I'd highly recommend this company and product as I tried a few others and these are the best quality by far!
