I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I transferred 19,500 AUD and was told the refund would take 0–5 business days. It has now been nearly three weeks with no refund, no clear explanation provided despite multiple requests. All I receive are vague promises that it is “being processed.”
This is a large amount of money that I urgently need to resolve important matters. The delay is unacceptable and has caused serious stress and financial disruption.
Handling customers’ funds without transparency or accountability is deeply concerning. I expect immediate action and a clear resolution.

The system says that I will receive the money within 24 hours, but in reality the payment is almost always delayed. Out of 10 transfers, 7 times the money arrived much later than the promised time, and sometimes it even took up to 5 days. This is really unprofessional and unreliable service.

I’ve been sending money from Vietnam to Australia for studying, and I’m really happy with EzyRemit. Even when I ran into some document issues, Ms. Kim was super helpful, even on weekends or late at night. The service is free for students and really convenient. Compared to banks, it saves my parents a lot – around 24M VND (AUD 1,500) – and there’s no need to notarize documents or wait in lines. A simple transfer from home, and it’s done. Everything is transparent and clear, which is so reassuring, especially with all the scams you hear about back home. Highly recommend!
