Waiting far too long for this fabric.

I ordered some wool from them, tracking said it had been dispatched, 3 weeks later it's still not arrived. Emailed and phoned, no response to either. Reimbursed by paypal. Won't use them again.

Placed an order on 30th October. Two days later it was marked as shipped. Didn’t arrive until 10th November. Wrote three emails-no replies. Tried to ring-mailbox is full and can’t take messages

So emailed several times without any response
Turned to PayPal who reimbursed us straight away

I have been purchasing fabric from Fabric Giant for over 5 years now. I do buy alot of the clearance fabric as I make items for charities to sell and raise funds. Occasionally the fabric has not been available in the amount I order - being clearance it's understandable. I always have a phone call or text message asking if I would like a refund or a similar product.

I'll preface this review by saying I did eventually get my order.
This company has no physical premises. There online 'address' appears to be a mailbox office in Leeds.
Their 'contact' phone number is never answered and trips to an American accent call answering service that asks you to leave a message then can't let you because the mailbox is full.
They don't reply to email messages
They don't reply to social media messages
They are customer illiterate.
I ordered and within a couple of days the link to my order said it had been dispatched via Royal Mail. When it wasn't received I began chasing.....and chasing....and chasing. Literally zero contact back. I pleaded for contact as I was convinced I'd been scammed out of money I could ill afford. Finally after 2 weeks the order arrived via Yodel so it hadn't been sent via Royal Mail 10 days ago after all.
The stress was ridiculous. Their approach to customer service was ridiculous.
Just use someone else.

The company is fine, as far as I can tell. The problem is the courier service they use. Their website says they use Royal Mail but in fact they used Yodel. Unlike every other courier I've received items from, Yodel do not contact the customer at all. No email to say they have the parcel, no email to indicate when it will be delivered and so, you're left having to wait in for days on the off chance that may be the day they deliver. when I contacted Fabric Giant to inform them that I had still not received my item, they emailed back to say that Yodel had attempted delivery 3 times. WELL maybe if they'd informed me it was out for delivery I would have been in.

I ordered some fabric which did actually arrive after only a week and was great quality. Only problem was they duplicated my order and charged me twice. They did refund me after contacting them but if did mean I cant give a 5 star rating.

First time user of this site. The fabric of my choice wasn’t in stock and I had a phone call to choose an alternative or to get a refund. My alternative was available and was delivered the next day.
My only issue with the website is that the stock levels aren’t necessarily up to date.
I can’t fault the service.

Huge let down - I ordered ripstop fabric which was showing ‘in stock’ made payment and order tracking shows that it’s ready for shipment. After 48hrs I get a phone call to say fabric is not in stock! Huge let down as I now have to delay my customers order if 200 items!

I received three different fabrics and the quality for the cost was really good, the photos matched what arrived. One was a stretch glitter which came in a different bag so the glitter didn’t get on the other fabrics very considerate.
It also arrived within three days from ordering which was a nice surprise.
The fabric does not have a very clean cut but no other problems.

I have ordered three times and each time fabric and accessories have arrived in good time. I have been pleased with the quality and when items I ordered were out of stock. I was phoned and asked what I would like to do. So really good customer service.
Definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting quality fabric and accessories at reasonable prices. Will continue to buy from Fabric Giant.

Please order from someone else. Postage is a joke.. took 2 weeks to arrive.

Parcel I received was exactly what I’d ordered. I did ring to ask for an estimate on delivery as their “parcel is shipped” wasn’t very useful! Phone was answered on 3rd ring and I was told there had been a slight delay (a few days) while they were waiting for a delivery but that it would be delivered by parcelforce the very next day, which it was. I would happily buy from them again.

Looking for 2 particular fabrics which my usual supplier didn't have I came across what I wanted in fabric giant. Very reasonable price and quick delivery. However one of the fabrics I received is not what it stated on website or invoice . Contacted company who apologised and said to send it back royal mail but offered no alternative. The fabrics I received are good quality just the one that was not as described. I will keep it and use for a different project

Just received my fabric order. The fabrics are great quality and postage was very reasonable. I will definitely order from this company again.

I have been purchasing fabric from fabric giant for a good few months now. The orders are packaged well, and dispatched within hours of ordering. (Subject to stock). Whenever there is a question with the order someone always rings to offer alternatives. I use fabric giant as my main supplier. The quality is always excellent the range of fabrics are second to none.

Ordered c.£70 worth of fabric, 4 different types. Got a 'phone call two days later to say they couldn't supply one of them in a continuous piece and did I want to change, cancel or take it in two pieces. As it turned out, two pieces was okay. Full order delivered two days later and each piece had a little extra added to the length. Fabric quality is superb for the price. Customer service great. Will definitely be buying again.

I can't praise this site enough I have piles of good quality fabric from the sale section £1 section for nt to nothing always speedy delivery and any issues have been delt with quickly and easy and that's only happened once they are amazing and the fabric is always fantastic quality

I've clocked the 14th sept but I have ordered from them 15-20 times

I put in quite a large order for different fabrics. The customer service was excellent, the order was delivered very quickly and I'm delighted with the fabrics I received. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
