Thank you! Ordered a couple of different types of wool online - arrived on time and goods were exactly as I had ordered.

Awful. No delivery, bad customer service, no refund, no help. They are on eBay aswell, same issues

I made an order and 90% of it turned up and I was happy with it. But there was an item missing and despite multiple emails and a voicemail message - no one seems to actually answer the phone - it has still not arrived after weeks and weeks. I have now requested a refund for the missing item. We will see... I will not be using them again.

First order no 14052735 over 50 quid and checked these reviews here too late by the looks of it. Phone number not recognised, no answer to email and it's been a week. Moved into a mobile home and DESPERATE for the fabric! We're melting in this heat 🙈 so if customer service reads this please please hurry for the sake of the kifd and the animals! Ordered two types of fabric along with two chalks. Only the chalks and one of the fabrics turned up with no communication or refund for the missing one. I’m not going to have to battle them to try and prove they made a mistake.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing!!! I have ordered some fabrics, paid for postage(found it strange that you cannot update your shipping to first class but I was thinking surely it will be fine.)I had not received anything, no emails if it has been despatched or what's happening at all. I went back to the confirmation email where you can "track" your order, it only says it has been despatched...when and by what means, only God knows. It has been 9 days, no sign of the order yet.

To be honest I'm getting a bit fed up with being ignored and fobbed off all the time.

I asked for another order to be added to my order and was told that the first order had been dispatched and if I placed my order I would have the postage refunded, so I went ahead and placed it.

I was then rang up the following evening to say that I ordered 10 meters of red cat and you only had 6, and I ordered 6 meters of yellow cat and you only had 2 meters.

So the order hadn't been dispatched as I was told, so I gave the man my second order and it was put with the first order and they were bothe dispatched together.

Which I received very quickly, however trying to get the postage refund has been a lot harder to get.

Also the 2nd order that I ordered 15 meters of its missing two lots of the printed cat, all that is printed is the cats green eyes, which the person doing the orders must have known about when getting the order ready and its right in the middle not leaving enough for a quilt cover??

I did get the refund straight away for the 8 missing meters of the material that you never had in stock.

I would be grateful if this postage could be sorted out ASAP as promised by someone on Wednesday.

P.S if order goes fine the is no problem its just when you have a problem there if no help phone no and email response worse then useless and even when they say they will do something, they don't.

Just wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered. Spent over £50 the first time and fabric arrived with no issues. Great,I thought and promptly ordered another £60 of fabric only for it to arrive with 2 items missing at a cost of £14 which may not seem a lot but it’s nearly a quarter of the value of my order. Phone number in website never gets answered. Have left a message 2 days ago. No reply. Emailed their sales@ email address - no reply. Have even emailed Olivia from the feedback on this forum and still no reply. Ring numerous times again today and still no reply. This is not very good customer service at all and I just want my missing fabric and a human to contact me and explain what’s happened.
Until I get a response, I will not be ordering any more fabric no matter how nice they are. I can’t do with the lack of reliability and shocking customer service.

Expected to receive order within a few days but still no sign of the fabric I ordered. Foolishly I placed a second order a few days after the first fully expecting both to arrive shortly after each other. Little girls waiting for their new outfits

Order tracker just shows dispatched, no way of finding out when or when delivery due!

No reply when you telephone or email.

Very disappointed will stick to my usual fabric supplier as orders arrive within 48 hours.

I purchased some fabric which was very different to the one I ordered. I e-mailed FG - ignored. I rang FG and left a message - no one replied. Really poor service from a retail 'giant'.

Ordered fabric on the 3rd June still not received order. I have emailed 3 times with no reply and telephoned 3 times always an answer machine left messages and again surprisingly no response. Since then read some reviews that they appear to do this frequently. If I had see the reviews I would never have ordered anything from them. Absolute scammers. Please do not order from them unless you want to lose your money.

Received wrong items, emailed to complain had a reply asking for order number which i had already given, re emailed no reply, don’t answer phone and haven’t replied to message left

Don’t use this company. Package didn’t arrive, no response from customer services and no refund after contacting them. Tracking number they supplied was for someone else’s parcel…shop elsewhere or loose your money.

To be honest I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this company. I ordered almost £65.00 of fabric. Received nothing . No response to emails, phone calls and direct messages on Facebook.
Going to pass this on to trading standards as they seem to have ripped a lot of people off. Times are hard for everyone at the moment and I can least afford this. I work hard for my money and am very unhappy at being conned

Fabric Giant were amazing, the handling, I was called from the cutting room to say there was an item out of stock and they gave me an option of a refund or a replacement and the replacement I was sent was even better than the original fabric 😂 the quality, price, service and delivery time is unbeatable. I’m a happy customer and my customers are happy too!

Absolutely cannot fault, I have been a customer for a year now and mistakes have happened but they have been rectified immediately

SCAMMERS. Please read their reviews online before trusting them with your money. They repeat the same scam - they sell on their site fabrics that they don’t have, then send you random fabrics instead when you complain. They stop responding when challenged. Worst company ever, not even sure why they’re still allowed to trade

Ordered from this company and had no response BUT
after I wrote a review Olivia got back to me and issued
to me a complete refund straight away.

Came good in the end. I have put another order in
and will await to see if I receive the correct items!

Just feel everyone deserves a second chance, lets see.

Ordered 13 may, never received items or confirmation. Money cleared from paypal. Never reply to emails. Opened a paypal case so hopefully will get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered denim fabric and cotton reals. I thought the order would come by the end of the week but it didn’t. I rang them but no reply, I read the reviews and was anxious that I wouldn’t get a delivery. There was no need to worry, my order arrived in full in 7 working days. Very happy with the denim fabric & cotton - less than £10 per denim dress is perfect for a larger sized person; as shops charge more!

Don't expect to get anywhere if you have a problem with your order.
I've been waiting over 6 weeks and have through PayPal to get my refund in the end.
They kept saying they would sort it out ASAP but still nothing happens.
No use ringing as you just get a USA lady telling you to leave a message.
In spite of your reply still no refund showing in pay-pal, and no confirmation from them that one has been processed.
As for sending the order out twice, one was for the totally wrong colour (but was sent tracked) and the other was never received and you could not provide me with tracking like I asked, which if you had sent im sure you would of been able to give me the tracking like the last parcel received.
So sent once really.
