False advertising. Ordered three ornaments. They are complete garbage. No response from Custer service.

SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Basically they post pictures of really nice looking products and then send you a piece of trash that barely resembles what you intended to buy. But that's only the first part of the scam, The second part is making the return process such a long-winded and frustrating labyrinth that you just give up and let them keep your money for the trash they sent you. Their return policy is draconian, You cannot even open the clear packaging that your item comes in or it voids your warranty, You also have to keep your envelope or it voids your warranty.... And there is no return address posted on the website You have to acquire that after emailing them. When I initially emailed, instead of just simply providing the address they waited a day and offered 10% discount to a future order if I keep out of trash... When I said no I want a full refund they offered me 10% off on the order that I don't want to keep it. The next day they offered 20% to save on shipping costs. After that they said 30% and I should donate it a friend or charity... So over a weekend of the process and I still have not received the return address and I am sure they're going to say after the 14-day period for returns that's my fault that I'm over the time limit because they won't provide the address.... Incredibly frustrating

My ornament said it shipped but then tracking stopped. Customer support has stopped communicating with me despite numerous attempts on my part.

I purchased 3 different ornaments with 3 different pictures. As much as I tried I could not do this with one order, I had to create 3 separate orders with 3 separate payments and 3 shipping and handling fees. I could not upload 2nd and 3rd pictures without creating new orders.

Personalized ornaments are delightful!

The photos are not true. I ordered a welder ornament and a mechanics ornament. They looked awesome online, 3d'ish etc. They are cheap acrylic plastic with a picture on them. Nothing the way it looks online. Don't waste your money!!!

It’s been 2 weeks since ordered and still haven’t received it!

Loved my key chain, but be careful with it because my broom snapped off so I had to buy another one.

I spent $26 including shipping and had I seen the actual item I would have NEVER purchased it. It's very small for a Christmas ornate. VERY small - more like something you would attach to a keychain. Had it had been 3 times the size - I would have expected to have paid $6-9. But with shipping ($6 - and it took a LONG time to get to me) I STILL would have - in my opinion - overpaid. Cute? Yes. But not $26 cute. I have a folder that lists companies never to do business with again - in case I forget. Take a guess where I put Facamart? I spelled it slightly differently - but I won't state what that was. I'll bet you can guess!

It was very easy to navigate, choosing colour and inserting name, and being able to preview was really great. No problem whatsoever

All went very smooth with ordering. I wish you would include s gift cars option. I look forward to the arrival of the product. It would asl be nice to know approxmate delivery time
