Absolutely terrible experience with Facamart. The product I received looked nothing like the photos advertised on their website. What arrived was a thin, translucent piece of cheap plastic with faded printing and poor finishing — nowhere near the premium-looking decorative item shown online. For $39, the quality was honestly shocking.

What made the experience even worse was customer service. Instead of honoring their own refund policy for quality issues, they spent weeks trying to wear me down with increasingly higher partial refund offers: first 15%, then 30%, then 50%. They repeatedly admitted I didn’t even need to return the item, yet still refused to issue a full refund despite the product clearly being not as described.

The most frustrating part was the constant contradiction:

* They acknowledged the item was lightweight acrylic with a “visual 3D effect,” even though the advertising strongly implied a solid decorative product.
* They told me to open a PayPal dispute if I wanted proper compensation instead of resolving the issue directly themselves.
* Their own policy states refunds are allowed for quality problems, but they kept hiding behind the “personalized item” excuse.

This company’s business model seems to rely on customers giving up after endless back-and-forth negotiations over partial refunds.

Save your money and avoid this company unless you enjoy paying premium prices for dollar-store quality products and fighting customer service for weeks afterward.

This is straight-up false advertising. The mug you show on your website looks premium, detailed, and almost 3D — what I received is a cheap, flat print that looks nothing like it. The quality is awful, the colors are dull, and the whole thing feels like a low-budget knockoff.

You are clearly misleading customers with edited or fake images just to make sales. This is not a “small difference” — it’s a completely different product.

Stop scamming people and take responsibility for what you’re selling. I will not be ordering again and I strongly warn others to stay away.

Irreführende Werbung. In der Darstellung wurde der Eindruck erweckt, der witzig-sexy Christbaumschmuck bestehe aus kleinen Figuren, Es handelt sich aber nur um überteuerte, billig bedruckte Acrylscheiben.

Nein - nie wieder was aus diesem Ramschladen.

Be careful. This cheaters. U will receive cheap acrylic chain lockers. Their return policy on web site is - fake. After 2 weeks mailings they agreed return 50% .. 3 weeks gone away- from them nothing, complaining that problem with my bank. On request share transaction bill to my account ..they switch on stupids mode…
This is cheaters.

Bandits, shows 3d figures. End product is flat

The items are completely different as they look in the pictures shown on the website. Absolutely it is not worth buying them, money wasted.

Delivered Part not the ordered part

Please, please please save your money. I paid thirty five dollars for cheap plastic key chain that can't be worth no more than one dollar.. I have pictures but can't submit.... And the return policy is outrageous lesson Learned people

So disappointed! The item i received is no where close to what the item displayed looked like. I paid $35 for a cheap piece of plastic with a decal on it. Total “Bait N Switch”

Item I received is nothing alike the one I ordered, totaly different items

I order over a month ago and have yet to receive my item. When I check the tracking it says “status unknown”. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift that I’m guessing I’ll never receive.

I ordered and never received my order. Come to find out my address wasn't complete. But I was never contacted about it. I'd still like my order or my money back since they haven't tried to fix the issue.

This company's products are not as described I'm beyond disappointed with my purchase. The product is unfinished with sharp edges and only place for it is I the recycling bin.
Now they are refusing to give me a full refund.
Disgraceful!!

Timing
On the web site it says 2-3 days to make and them 2-5 business to get to me.
Well I got and email and now they are saying 7-15 business days so I won't have it for christmas like their web site said I would
