Difficult tomorrow fill the information. In fact I have sent an email as after trying for a,long time I made a mistake and I have asked fot a refund to try again.

Very easy to use website and fun product

No matter how many times I tried to center my photo it kept getting changed . I’m not sure what it will look like, but I’ve sent a message to customer service.
I also didn’t see the same ornament but with “In Loving Memory” on it, so I’ve asked customer service to change my order to that one.
No response yet. Fingers crossed.

It was a great experience and I did update my one ornament from chads to CHADS TATTOO and appears they caught it in time which is awesome!! Love this place for specialty ornaments!!

I tried to order an Angel Ornament in memory of my friends mother passing. I tried THREE times per email (because there was no number to call🤬) because during checkout they didn’t have the correct NAME or DATE on the ornament‼️ If this was a legitimate company they would have responded to my email and have a phone number for quicker customer service. I’ve spent hours trying to put the CORRECT order through to no avail! Don’t do business with this company unless you want to get stressed and angry. Such a shame because it would have been the perfect gift 😞

Deceptive marketing with camera angles. Very cheap product advertised as “custom “ delivery took weeks and problem resolution was a downward spiral.

Received a damaged item. Reached out to customer service, they told me to try to buff out the item. I already did that before contacted them, explained that to them and I wanted it replaced or refund. I have gone back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks. Poor service. Poor item quality.

I placed an order. It never shipped and now the site is shut down. Any 5 star review here is from them, bold-faced lying.

I would give this merchant a negative score if I could. Do not buy from this merchant. Ordered an item from them at the end of January and never received the order. When I first attempted to track, I found that they gave a bogus tracking number. After receiving a real tracking number, the package ended up lost in shipment with a recurring generic status of order later than planned but still on the way. This status repeated for about 3 weeks. During this time I attempted to get the merchant to send me a replacement item and towards the end, I requested a refund. They would do neither. Further they would set timelines to say if the product did not arrive by a certain date they would send another, but when the item did not arrive by that date they continued to ask me to wait longer. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. I will never buy from this company again.

I can't see a problem ordering your product- I only placed my order this morning so csn hive another review once received if you want
