Absolutely love this site, and the customer service is amazing reply very quickly to emails, and the content is so easy to follow and understand,

Five days ago, something unpleasant happened to me. I bought three products from Face Yoga Facego. Everything was beautiful and l was so eager to start doing my "homework". When, lacking my attention, an announcement appeared and l unattentively touched the screen for the most expensive product of this site. Immediately l looked for a way to solve, undoing it, and l came here, on this page of Facegobot. Initially, I must admit l was not happy to talk "to a bot", and l asked for a way to contact a human person in order to annul the order l put unattentively. So, l asked the bot for a way to contact a person and, l received an answer that surprised me. She said She is a human and She will answer to all of my questions or askings. So, l explained to her what happened to me. In at most ten minuted, "the bot" told me that they will return the money into my bank account in 30 days!
The relation with "the bot" was excellent. But l ask myself if financially the firm will be as correct and useful as it was my new "bot friend"! Believee, l hope so, as the amount is quite large!

Serious fraudulent company. I paid 9$ and suddenly they are misusing my account details, I have asked for a full refund of 3 charges made last night. And they misused my account details to place me on a subscription. I asked them to refund everything and delete my account details and they refuse. It is clear fraud and they ought to be jailed as fraudsters. Bank involved now, then fraud and police department! Dont pay them a penny. I got tricked by a facebook add for one payment of $9...been charged three times last night and now they are claiming that a subscribed???? but charged three times in about 1 hour. Shame on you facegobot.com...plus I followed your advice to email you and you completely disregarded the triple payment taken when I authorised one payment of $9 from a stupid ad on facebook which I will never do again.

fraud. They took 3 payments from me in the same day although I just agreed to one as they advertised in facebook for $9!!!! Scam. Three payments taken in one day. And never agreed to any subscription! I want my money back unauthorised payments charged in one day. It is obvious that the five star review from 3/4 people are the fraudsters!

I had run into an issue and they were able to quickly respond to my inquiry and get it fixed promptly. There communication is excellent and I enjoy the courses from a good instructor as well.

Excellent customer service by a team member called Iwetta. This morning I purchased a face yoga program and I had a problem login in. Iwetta, with great patience, helped me step by step to login, making me feel at ease! Congratulations to you Iwetta and to your Company for employing professionals like you!

Excellent instructor and videos to follow easily without thinking. Just wish there were more! Customer service is prompt and very responsive.

I did not know how to go to the program I bought. The first few mails asking for help did not get a reply.
I mailed again today and promptly received login details.
So no 5 stars because I did not get any reply at first.

"Is such audacity really possible? I categorically do not recommend using the services of Indiegogo! Their advertising is a deception and empty promises! They lure you in with fantastical discounts of 90%, and then coldly charge you for a full year's subscription without warning or authorization!

I am horrified by my attempts to get my money back! All I receive are automated chatbot responses claiming that a refund is impossible! This is obvious fraud, and I strongly urge you to be extremely cautious! Don’t let yourself be deceived!"
