I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
I paid for my kit and then waited an extremely long time to receive it, despite being told it would be provided. The delay affected my ability to prepare for clients and start taking bookings. Communication throughout the process was poor, and when I asked for tracking information, it was not provided.
When I eventually received the kit, items were missing, including the numbing cream. Despite raising this issue, it still has not been properly resolved. Instead of taking accountability and addressing my concerns professionally, I felt that my complaints were dismissed.
As someone trying to build my own business, I relied on receiving the products I had paid for in a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, my experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing from start to finish.
I expected professionalism, honesty, and reliable communication. Sadly, I did not receive any of those.
I have since won a county court judgement which they are now refusing to pay. You can see this document on the companies endole profile . Time to escalate to bailiffs

Card details retained including security number!
I paid a deposit to book an appointment for my brows not knowing they retained my details including the security number.
Then, after my appointment, the lady sent me a link to pay £200 pounds via email. The moment I clicked the link, they took 2 extra payments. I didn't enter any details.
Be careful with this website. There is no option to access the website to remove card details. They only send links via the business owners. Something is not right. The phone lines are closed apparently.
