Factoryclear 

Ordered assuming from Shein and after checking their website, there was no evidence of my order. I then checked my bank account and found withdrawal made by factoryclear.com. My heart sank because I realized that something was "off". I looked up order on factoryclear website, there was a tracking number, my order with pictures showing 'Shipped'. Now, I figured that I should read their reviews only to confirm what I felt. A scam business and that more than likely, I was another victim. Dammit, why can't people be smart enough to have a legitimate business and stop stealing from others!! I want my money back, how can that happen??!???!

Nothing makes me more pissed than these scammers out there taking people's hard earned money.Stay clear of this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - I should have known as their prices were too good to be true. However, got several emails indicating my order is being fulfilled, and they gave me a tracking #, I ordered on June 12,2023. Emailed them back (from a S & Holly and Martina?? weird email too) and they told me it take 20-25 days to be fulfilled. I have tried to follow up and nothing back. The tracking is the similar for all orders as per below reviews. my tracking says on 7-12-23 "DELIVERED,IN/AT MAILBOX/COURTYARD"

They are ripping people off and taking our money. Then when you try to sign it it says you don’t have an account

Total scam! Same experience as others. Nothing came and I'm asking for a refund too. I emailed them a week ago and then the next day tracking is showing delivered to mailbox/door/porch. I work from home. Nothing delivered.

Tried the fake tracking and it was saying in transit. Then it said delivered. There is no package delivered at my home. SCAMMERS BEWARE!!!

Placed an on May 30th and has not received as of yet and it's almost 2 mths!!

Well I'm extremely thankful to all of you who have shared your experiences with this company, I too got sucked in thinking it was from Shein with this too good to be true sale..I added a couple of outfits to my cart and noticed it no longer said Shein it said factoryclear.com🤔..so off to Trust pilot I went.super glad I did. I hate that you all got scammed and I truly hope that you are able to get your money back . I am grateful to each of you for helping me to not get scammed ☮️💗

#Scammed!!..I guess I have been scammed just like everyone else before me. All I can say is I wish I would have checked the reviews before I ordered. At this point I have no hopes in getting my money back. Glad I didn't spend hundreds.

This place is totally a scam. I ordered June 10, 2023 and July 3rd And now July 13th it said it my June 10th package delivered which is a total Lie. There are cameras all at my place and it shows no delivery.The package never came. This site is a total fruad I'm reporting to the authorities.

I wish I had read these reviews before I spent my money. I had the same exact experience with them. This morning I received another reply after sending them 11 emails to complain. They say they are giving me a full refund after I threatened to expose them on facebook as a scam. Time will tell if I get my money back.

A total SCAM, waited 32 days for delivery on tracking then it said delivered to mailbox/courtyard. Total lies, camera on property showing no persons delivered any items, they are now offering 50% refund. I wrote to them stating that Trust Pilot reviews were telling of many other customers having the same experience thinking that the order was for SHEIN. I will not accept 50% refund. I said I will be in touch with Trading Standards. Waiting for reply, fingers crossed.

This website is a scam.
I used a link from Facebook to it and order my items
I did not receive my order and have issues with their service in getting my refund

This company is a scam thought it was Shein ordered however communication with them was belabored it will say in transit but get stuck somewhere you contact them they ask u to wait an additional 5-7 business days then out the blue it says delivered. Cameras on the property no delivery. I want a refund emailed company factoryclear at lapidity.com today with hopes of getting my $154 nack

On 16th June have never received them !!! Tracking kept saying in transit has arrived in Britain
And now they sent me email to say I cancelled my order how can they cancel something that is in transit ???
This company are fake !!!
I have received a refund but only because I took it up with my bank
Never ever use them again I also thought they were SHEIN

Very good at their scam. Puting their fake website on Shein.com t gain your trust taking a fake order, charging your credit card, emailing you with a fake confirmation, emailing you with a fake tracking number, the followup with fake updates as to the location of your order until it states the order has been delivered to a wrong address al to accomplish the transfer of funds. I think interpol would like to hear about this

Absolute scammers. Ordered 4/6/23 received tracking to tell me delivered to mailbox/courtyard on 9/7/23 absolute liars. I gave cameras and no delivery. I’ve been emailing and they keep saying it was delivered but no proof. So in effect calling me a liar. They gave offered 70% refund but I want full refund. Let’s see how that goes! I’ve warned people of FB!

I wish I had thought to look at reviews first. Only upbeat but is my order was only for a few £’s so not too much to lose!

Même chose pour moi. Jamais reçu ma commande. Et le site de tracking est aussi frauduleux track678. Je me suis fait avoir pensant que je commandais du site SHEIN.
