Really fast shipping and well packaged! I love buying from Faerly, I like that they stock enviromentally friendly products ( my latest purchase is an Ecoegg for my laundry) which helps me to live more sustainably. I also really like to support small business's whenever I can. I highly recommend Faerly.

I bought a beautiful sea sponge, ordered it on Friday, and it arrived on Saturday. It was beautifully packaged.

The process from creating a new account to deliver to my door 2 days later was simple and hassle free.

I ordered one afternoon and package arrived next morning at 9.30am. Nicely packaged and a surprise sweet treat inside the package as a lovely gesture. 10 out of 10 from me!!

Fast and convenient

First time ordering from Faerly. I left it late to order and emailed them to see if it could be shipped quickly. I received it next day. Amazing service and product!! I definitely will be ordering again

Really quick delivery & great product.

Brilliant Irish shop - highly recommend!

Really quick dispatch (given time of year especially) and a great product. Second one that I have bought. Great friendly communication too. Can't fault them.

Amazing customer service, fast shipping, and great products

Such lovely products. I’ve been wanting to swap to less chemicals for laundry for ages. Picked up a few other bits in the sale, including a lovely wool blanket for my mum. Great price, speedy delivery and very well wrapped products. Really great experience. Delighted with my first shop!

I ordered a coffee cup for my early mornings on Saturday evening. By Sunday it was prepared and delivery Monday morning. I could recommend this business enough, the coffee travel cup is fantastic, and they even added a personalised thank you note. I will definitely support this business again, such a positive experience for my first purchase.

Quick delivery, thoughtful packaging. Charcoal stick I ordered really changes the taste of our water, it’s great!
