Faerly Reviews

Once again a great experience with Faerly. I forgot to put a note with my order so I emailed and they replied very promptly - not a problem for them to include it. Extensive selection of products and fast delivery. Thank you!

Ordered carbonator on Monday morning, it was delivered 24 hours later, on time, perfectly packed, exactly as required. Heartily recommend.

I've been a customer of Faerly for years and have always had a stellar experience. They have a great collection of ethically- and locally-made products. My purchases have always been dispatched quickly and packaged very nicely, usually with a little free gift like a chocolate or mini soap. It's my go-to company for buying gifts or if I'm looking for a treat for myself.

Each time each transaction has been completed so seamlessly, Faerly consistently & sucessfully deliver and make it feel like its a personalised experience.

Prompt delivery, well wrapped, lovely little personal touches, good eco products.

As always, a great experience with Faerly!
And if there was a Gold Star for zero waste packaging they'd get it! This delivery was especially efficiently packed (with reuse of course!) - such stark contrast to the needless waste of other brands. Go Faerly <3

Ordered on Monday, goods delivered on Wednesday. Well packaged with a personalised note - love the idea of a tree being planted. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

Cracking website. Found out about it simply through a product on Google. Amazing products and a great website, only downfall is not buying more off it! Will definitely be visiting again, great find! Also, delivery to Dublin was less than 24 hours, top drawer

The CO2 cylinder exchange is a dream!
So easy and convenient. And, making our own sparkling water has saved us a small fortune as compares with having to buy it. And also NO PLASTIC bottles! Anything that cuts down plastic use is worth giving a try!
Thank you, Faerly!!

Less than 24hrs from order to delivery. That's an amazing service..

Absolutely love purchasing from this company!! Items are always of superior quality, postage is quick and really like the personal touches of sustainable packaging, planting a tree on my behalf and the little card and chocolate in the pack. Great Irish company!

It's difficult to find plastic-free household items in rural Ireland, but Faerly has an excellent, fairly-priced selection. My package arrived the next day. I'll definitely be shopping there again.

Quick and efficient service. My keep cup was exactly the same as shown on the website. The thank you note and chocolate is a lovely touch. Continued success.

I ordered a small order of an item I could only find on their website. The package arrived the next day and was so beautifully wrapped and prepared that it felt I received a present. I was so happy with their service, that it is worth noting. Thanks again

My order was delivered quickly and exactly as ordered. The team even reached out to me to double check I’d ordered the right product. Very happy with this service. Will be ordering again soon.

Excellent service from Faerly.ie
Fast, efficient and extremely helpful -I'll be back to purchase more. :-)

Ordered Monday - delivered Tuesday

This is simply the best company I’ve ever dealt with. They have a great range of sustainable really beautiful products at very reasonable prices. I first shopped with the as their sale was excellent, everything went smoothly and I was delighted with my purchases (not to mention the hand written note and gift of essential oil) but the real test was when I had to return a faulty item (the manufacturers fault, not theirs), they were incredible! The return and replacement was as professional, pleasant and friendly as the purchase. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks Ann and James!

I made my first order with this company. My items arrived in beautiful sustainable packaging. A lovely note inside from the owners and chocolate disc it was lovely thank you. I'm so glad I stumbled across fearly especially as they are a sustainable company and are based in Ireland. I will definitely be ordering again and have told people about faerly so hopefully they will order from you too.

Delighted with my high quality products, price and service. Its great there is a good alternative to Amazon. Ultimately the customer wins from competition within the marketplace.

I seldom write reviews but faerly deserves a 5 star review to be written! I purchased an Aarke carbonater which was delivered within 48 hours. The carbonator is beautiful, so much nicer than the plastic soda streams! However it was the customer service and the extra little touches that really impressed me. A thank you card with a little chocolate attached, such a nice personal touch. There were also some queries about my order and James was so responsive and helpful. Faerly have an amazing product range and I will 100% be back to purchase more products. It was such a lovely shopping experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending Faerly to anybody!
