Faerly Reviews

Second visit to this delightful business, always surprised about the different 'smarter decision' gadgets they stock from washing up brushes to deodorant that is better for your body. Friendly customer service, they will go above & beyond to make your experience the best.

Great company to buy from! They have a fabulous range of plastic-free products, which keeps me coming back. They also ship really fast, which is helpful!

Always got what I want , very quick and well packed thank you

Super fast delivery - exactly 24 hours! Great value and a really good returns process for the empties. Highly recommended

This is a fantastic company. Great range of ecological and ethical products, super fast despatch and delivery and amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong item and returned it on Thursday, had a refund by 8.30 on Saturday morning.

Blown away. I was so excited to get my order delivered and jumped into cleaning right away. I have tried universal cleaner and toilet cleaner so far and I am seriously impressed. Wiped counters in the kitchen and now the whole first floor smells amazing (I demand shower gel smelling the same as your multipurpose cleaner 😅). Toilet cleaner literally melted away all grime. I sprayed and when came back in a few minutes to clean, the dirt was gone, it just disappeared. All I had to so was just to wipe dry. No need to scrub or use a sponge. Unbelievable. Can’t wait to try other products but have a feeling that my forever search for cleaning products have come to an end.
Oh and by the way, packaging was very cute and chocolate attached to a card made my daughter’s day!

I came across Faerly quite by chance the other night. I was looking for soap and as the company I normally order from was out of stock I started to look online and am I glad - I am DELIGHTED to say the least. Faerly delivered the package via DPD which arrived promptly. The packaging was delightful with a little reminder on the box to recycle. Inside was a gorgeous little post card with a personal note from Joe thanking me for my order. The little chocolate mint was a lovely gesture. I will definitely use Faerly again. It's so nice to be able to 'speak' to the supplier. Well done James and Joe - I wish you nothing but the very best in the future with you sustainable company. Well done - I will be back!! Many thanks - Siobhan

Very easy to order the product and arrived very promptly.
Rang to ask a question and they rang back within the hour to answer my query. They couldn't have been more helpful.

To top off the excellent service, I received a very sweet note and chocolate in my first order. A lovely personal touch. Will definitely continue to order through Faerly.

I love the products that Faerly offer and delivery is always super speedy, usually the next day. If you’re trying to shop more ethically, humanitarian, environmentally friendly and Irish these guys make it so easy in a one stop shop!

I just love this company. Ethical, sustainable brands. I order in bulk every few months. Would highly recommend the Neat cleaning range and the laundry sheets. They also do not supply any goods from the occupied territories of Palestine. Win win 👏🏼 big love guys 💓

Great service, very quick delivery, big variety of products. I've been trying for months to get a Sodastream (Genesis) refill - a big problem since Argos closed. Not only does Faerly deliver promptly but they take refills and give a discount. Unbelievable company!

Fabulous products and delivery was very fast. Packaged beautifully, with a handwritten thank you note and a little surprise chocolate. Highly recommended and I will definitely be shopping at Faerly again. Love 💖

My third order of gas delivered as seamlessly as the previous two. Within a couple of hours of placing my order it is confirmed and shipped each time. The returns process is equally excellent, extremely user friendly. Faultless service really , many thanks !

Have been ordering from Faerly over the past year. Every time the experience is top notch. Delivery is the fastest of any site I ordered from. Communication is prompt and friendly. Had to amend an order recently and the chap, James I think, was so kind. Keep on doing what your doing
