I've never had any payment issues with any company until now. The send me my invoice saying that I have a certain amount to pay by June 17 and 0$ Overdue .Then 4 days later they call me to till me that I have 56$ overdue and that It gonna affect my credit. I have excellent credit score.It unbelievable that a company could be so inconsistent. Every month the amount changes. Something that I've never seen before. After I told the agent that called that I was gonna pay it by the date that it was due, they send me another email saying that I now have a past due of 136$.All of a sudden the overdue went up. It's a good thing I was smart enough to record the conversation and save the emails. To make things worse I decided to change the history of my payment and realized that I've been paying for nothing. The balance doesn't seem to go down by much. How is that possible!I'm really starting to believe that this is a scam . I'll pay they remaining balance in one shot and not have to deal with them ever again!!! Do yourselves a favor and stay away from them or any company that deals with them!! And if you're already stuck with them, make sure to record conversations and keep the emails and documents the send you!!

J'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec le représentant Vincent. Il a été correct tout au long et il a même réussi a faire approuver un document. Fairstone est la meilleure place pour faire un prêt personnel

Really disappointed with Fairstone. I have used them for a number of years and have paid my loan off with them every time. Somehow something shows up in my credit report and I can't use the balance of my retail account to purchase something. I checked my credit rating and it's good and nothing stands out. Somehow I have failed some internal check and must reapply in 3 months.

I had my application finallized before noon on a Friday. Today is Wednesday and I still havnt received the funds. This was an emergency loan. Im told it is a tech error across Canada. If that is the case then, how did people receive funds the last 2 days. I also called about every hour on Tuesday and every few hours today as it was confirmed it would be in. Same confirmations I was told since, Friday. Nice on the phone yet, they are not delivering. Terrible for emergency funds. They made sure to show me how much $ I owed on my manage payment and send texts to remind you of payment site. Do not go here if you are in quick need.

Escrot, celui qui m’as fait signer à profiter de moi sachant que j’étais jeune
Et je ne comprenais pas , il ne pas aviser de frais d’intérêt et m’a juste manipulé avec des mots. Je vous déconseille de prendre un pret avec Fairstone.

Surtout l'agent Alex de Fairstone Saint-Hyacinthe est très bien comme agent. Accueillant et bon conseiller.
