While the interest rate is quite high, they are helpful when you need it. You can pay your loan faster if you have the funds. Payments are manageable.

Representative was friendly , professional and prompt. I was approved very quickly and funds were deposited the same day.

Annick Charbonneau and Stephanie from Hawkesbury office worked with me as i got fraudulently scammed
and had to change my banking info they were very understanding to my predicament and helped me get back on track

Overall Fairstone is easy to deal with as a company and they treat their customer fairly and if you get in a bind, they will do their best to work with you so you can still pay off your loan. Staff are overly helpful and friendly

Interest rate to borrow is too high. Was denied a loan last time I enquired about one but was not given a reason why I was denied.

Mauvais agent avec qui j'étais, menteur et se contredit. C'était en avril 2024 et pas 2025, le système ne me permet pas de retourner plus d'un an.
