We had a great viewing experience guided by Mursal. From the moment we arrived, the whole process was professional, informative, and welcoming.

Mursal took the time to thoroughly explain the project, the different layouts, and the features of the homes. What stood out most was the extra effort made to show us a range of options beyond what we had initially enquired about. This gave us a much better understanding of what was available and helped us consider possibilities we may otherwise have missed.

Throughout the viewing, all our questions and concerns were answered patiently and honestly, and valuable insights and ideas were shared along the way. We never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision, which made the experience all the more enjoyable and productive.

Although we ultimately decided not to proceed, we genuinely appreciated the time, enthusiasm, and professionalism shown by Mursal and the team. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and informative property viewing experience.

I contacted Brentford sales, with some questions. Max from the office called me back, answering all the questions patiently and sent me more information.

Very pleasant experience with Max at the Printmakers Yard site, calmly taking us through the variety of properties available, explaining the various options towards purchase and generally guiding our first-time buyers experience while patiently answering all our questions. We did not proceed with the properties in the end due to our own preferences, but I can say positive things about our experience there.
