Friendly & efficient
I had a fantastic experience with the Fairview Wattons team. We first met Katie around March when I wasn’t even ready to buy, but she still took the time to walk us through the development and show home, answering all our questions while we were just doing early research. There was no pressure at all, which we really appreciated.
About a month later, a property became available and things moved very quickly from there. The team were proactive in keeping us updated, and the communication throughout was clear and responsive. I went with the conveyancers she recommended, which definitely helped speed things up — we managed to exchange in just 2.5 weeks, which was much faster than expected.
What stood out was how supportive the team was even after the sale was agreed. Katie introduced us to our neighbours and made the whole process feel much more personal and less stressful.
Overall, the team has been super accommodating, efficient, and easy to deal with. The whole experience felt smooth from start to finish, and we’re really excited to be moving into the development.

My partner and I visited Park Quarter with fairly modest expectations. Having purchased new-build properties in the past, we have a clear benchmark for service, but Jury exceeded that in every respect.
From arranging the initial appointment, to introducing us to what Fairview offers, to showing us the apartment we were considering, her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out.
Although we’re not proceeding with a purchase just yet (we intend to in the next phase), we wouldn’t hesitate to seek out Jury’s expertise again. She has been exceptional throughout all our interactions, responsive, reliable, and even taking the time to reply on her days off. Most importantly, she consistently delivered on everything she promised.
