I received the product within three days.

Everything went well with delivery. The tree was very tangled and went up with some difficulty. Also, there is are 2 zig zag runs that are not illuminated. I wasn't going to say anything since that only accounts for about 20-30 lights out of 4000 but it does make a weird rectangle between the two anchor points.

Lots of lights, easy to set up. Beautiful look.

Very poor tracking information, imposable to contact company by telephone.

We ordered the 13 foot tree. It certainly looks a lot less appealing in reality than it does in the picture. Skimpy lights and very cheap looking. It was easy to put together so that’s why I gave it three stars. You can get pretty much the exact same thing at Costco for about $200. I wish I’d realized that before I ordered from FairyBell. Also, the information said you could switch from white to colored lights. However, we can’t get it to change from multicolored to white.

The instructions were easy to follow and the result was fantastic. The videos make it appear slightly easier then it is to install but overall good experiecne.

Liked communication regarding the purchase of 7ft tree to anticipate delivery. Easy to set-up after sometime figuring out the strands where a bit tangled as the lights got caught up on them. Would have appreciated more ground pegs, due to our windy days and concern 2 are not enough even though the tree is light weight. Looks good at night.

Arrived damaged and used. Customer return system is poor and requires a 2mb picture or you can’t submit it- currently waiting the quoted 3-7 business days to hear back from customer support email. Absolute nightmare and waste of my time and money- let’s hope the rest of the return goes well…

Only part of my shipment was delivered.

Ordered a 20 FT. "tree" today and didn't realize that it doesn't come with the center pole. HOW do you sell a TREE without the center pole? I received an email that the order has been shipped, so I replied back to it, UNDELIVERABLE. I have sent an email to a different address, comes back UNDELIVERABLE, I've tried calling, the calls disconnect, and tried their online form, NOTHING. Is there a way to actually speak to a live person at Fairy Bell? The lights are no good to us without the pole! I went back to the website to order the pole and they are out of stock.

We love our Fairybell Trees. We have a 20’, 26’ and a 33’ and they are beautiful!

Purchased the multi colored 20’ flag pole Christmas tree and just put it up yesterday. I had 2 from the flag pole manufacturer and neither lasted long or looked as good as this. I will say the directions for set up need to be better. All in all I figured it out and it looks great.
Just purchased a 25’ for our business flag pole also.

Had to order a new wiring kit. Was very happy to receive it a lot sooner than expected. Thanks!
