They don’t even deserve the one star,I ordered an outfit to be stitched and delivered within Pakistan in July but still waiting for my suit
The wedding is over!!!

They are a huge mess. There is no communication between their workers and they take centuries to deliver their orders. First they gave me the wrong dress then they took two weeks and my hundred thousand calls to return it. I told them a hundred thousand additional times that i want to return it now because its too late. They didnt refund me and then stubbornly send me that dress again which i didnt want. Pathetic place to shop from

Very poor communication they do not respond to messages or calls. Would not use again order placed a month ago. Much prefer sanullahstore. Changed rating as outfits were recieved stitched beautifully but very poor customer service

My experience with FaisalFabrics.pk was amazing. The outfit quality, style was accurate as on the website. I really like the Faisal Fabrics service. I ordered it from USA. I got my parcel perfectly. As well as I received my order on time. I also shared Faisal Fabrics website with my sister's. I loved it. I placed an order 9 days ago and I haven't received yet, its 27 of RAMADAN I don't need after that, that never replay of the email and WhatsApp I have prove.

This is my second time ordering from them and am so happy quick delivery suits are beautiful. I don't get tailored from pak as I don't like how they do it. I will surely be ordering again from them. I've ordered from a well known brand baroque and there service is disgusting. But faisal fabrics are brilliant

They even don’t deserve single star. I ordered 4 suites . They ripped me with pricing. Their quality of material and stitching absolutely a garbage. I can’t wear any of my suites. Trousers thigh like a 10 yr old girl.

Bought two men's unstitched fabrics, per their website it was 100% authentic Grace fabric. per my tailor it was a knock off, really disappointed in their practice.

I ordered two Salwar Kameez suits for men. They got deilvered to UK within 8 working days via tracked Skynet courier. Great 'Wash n Wear' fabrics. The seller is bit slow to respond to messages. Anyway I will order again soon.

What a total lack of customer care.
I placed an order on the promise that I would receive my outfit by the 1st of September.
A few days prior i WhatsApp messaged to check progress and to make sure there were no delays as I needed the outfit for a wedding on the 11th.
4 days and several ignored phone calls later I threatened to contact my bank and request my money back. I then received a message saying item was still in stitching.
I asked for a date and again messages were ignored.
On the 1st my parcel didn't arrive so I messaged them again, my messages were ignored for another 3 days. My phone calls were cut off which was more then frustrating.
I then messaged to ask them to cancel my order as it was clear that the outfit was not going to arrive on time.
Upon writing this message I got a response. I was told due to technical difficulties they were unable to respond to my messages.
My outfit was going to be shipped that very day and I should receive it later that week.
Tracking info shows the item not even having reached the UK and today is the evening of the 9th September.
I only have tomorrow, so I will now have to go dress shopping tomorrow to buy an alternative outfit.
I am absolutely livid!!!
I have bought from indian companies in the past and can honestly say they have a really good customer service.
I'm from Pakistan so I thought why not buy from Pakistan help support a pakistani company instead.
What a let down 😔 absolutely disgusted with their lack of communication and customer service.
I will never be using them again

Great customer service and stitching services. All items came per the catalog shown models (almost).
Would do business again.

I placed international order, items were exactly same and with complete pieces. Most importantly the deliveries were on time
