So disappointing, i have received a defected piece(Martina Mini Dress), the neck line is not symmetrically lined like the the photo which is straight, there is one side which is larger/taller than the other side! Can't believe they sell this dress for over $200+ when charged full price, even this dress is on sale for $147 + $15 shipping cost (never have to pay this much for domestic shipping), it's too expensive for what you get: thin/poor material, non-symmetrically made, and lack of quality control). Be ware!! This is the "rip off seller" who doesn't care about customers needs with stingy return policy (impossible to return!!) Ok, they do offer shore credit expire within 12 months, however with such low quality clothing charger for 200-300 USD, who wants to spend more money with them!

Ich habe mir schon ein Kleid von FTB vor einigen Jahren gekauft. Das hat eine deutlich bessere Qualität als das Kleid, was ich gerade bestellt habe. Leinen hat eine ziemlich schlechte Qualität als ob man es aus einem Leinensack genäht hätte. Außerdem ist der Schnitt irgendwie inakkurat gemacht worden. Im großen und ganzen ist es keine 200€ Wert, vielleicht max. 30-40€....geht auf jeden Fall zurück, muss ich jetzt auch noch 15€ darauf zahlen, schade...

I was told that an exchange for a different size wasn’t possible and that store credit couldn’t be offered because the items were final sale. However, the website clearly states: “Final sale items may be exchanged for a different size where stock permits; otherwise, a store credit equal to 100% of the item’s value will be offered.” I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service, especially considering I purchased multiple items and the prices were quite expensive and the company is considered more high-end. Not worth the hype unfortunately.

Advertised original price and reduced price in AUS dollars

I thought I was spending around $48 Aust

24 hours later, no communication from company

Checked PayPal and my CC I was charged nearly $100 Aust and an international conversion fee

The product is definitely not worth $100

I immediately disputed with PayPal

After company received dispute they sent tracking details that went to their website not to any tracking details

Again all Aust original prices and reduced prices

They responded to PayPal that it wasn’t close to $100

This was on Monday

I sent all evidence Monday

Today Friday I again wrote saying everything still in Aust on their website no mention of US where is my refund

Several hours later they sent confirmed tracking details, again going to website

I have three different prices in Aust that come nowhere close to the $100 charged

I’m hoping PayPal do the right thing

This company engages in illegal marketing practices

Bought a dress to wear at a party, tried it, didn't like it, returned it in perfect state unworn (took a picture before putting it in the package in which you can see the dress is perfect, no marks whatsoever).
11 days had passed since they had gotten the dress back when I received an e-mail with a picture of it in a table at the warehouse, with a white mark (not a stain) on it. The package I sent it in was not even in the picture.
Now they don't want to refund the ≈230 dollars and instead want to give "store credit", over a dress I never wore and its my right as a customer to return.
I sustain that it had no marks at all when it was sent back. The case is now with the ACCC and I've also opened a complaint with Klarna, but I'm very shocked at this position from the store.

Not a great return process. When I entered my email and ordernumber they said my return is not eligible.. But the top I bought is way too small. So I contacted them through email. Then I received an email from the company with a return label. But with a return the customer is responsible for the return shipping. And I think it was shipped from Australia and I am from the Netherlands. Eventually it costed me €25,00 (euros) in total. I will not order there again.

Their sizes are on the very small side. Be careful as their returns policy is difficult,
24 hours later after requesting info on return, I just get info about their brand,

Poor quality, drop shipped,
Buttons aren’t even real buttons
Such a rip off for the price paid, don’t make the same mistake I did

I purchased a linen pant with one pleat that I now see is facing the wrong way. The quality of the linen is poor. The price is far too high for the quality. I will not purchase this brand again.

Dresses are too expensive for the quality. These are $80 dresses, at best - cheap fabric, nothing special, and they run big. To top it off: No free returns - you pay shipping back to California. That alone will make me avoid them.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. The company does not respond at all to emails. For how expensive everything is here, you would expect the company to actually ship out your item rather than create the label and just let it sit in the warehouse while saying it's delivered. So unprofessional. I'm having to file a claim with my bank now.

Don’t like issuing refunds - lost my item in their warehouse and refused to refund me. Eventually they found it 6 weeks later and claimed that, as they only just received it, then it was out of the returns window and I could only have a credit note. Absolutely ridiculous.

No response, no help, no resolution, when my package went 'missing' two times. Broken promises about following up and getting back to me - after waiting 3-5 days each time I write to them. Had to file a claim with my credit card company to get this resolved.
