Up until now I have had good experience and customer service with Commense. They provide good quality pieces in the styles that I love. I have had experienced long delays for the products to be sent but as I have been overall happy with them I overlooked this. Their customer service was always prompt and helpful. However, this pains me to say but the last experience has been terrible. The courier service they use - SPEEDX delivered my parcel to the incorrect house, photos of the delivery sent. I therefore emailed and advised that it was not my house and sent photos of my residence. Commense told me that SPEEDX should be contacted. I tried this for 2 days but only got a chat bot so went back to Commense. They advised on two occasions that the parcel had been delivered (yes but not to me). No offer to refund or re issue the missing parcel - over $280 Aust dollars. I am so upset as I love their clothes but if they continue to use SPEEDX as their courier I may need to re think my on line shopping experience with them. Unfortunate for them as I was quite a frequent shopper. Also disappointed in their lack of care really and telling me to sort it with the courier that is never there to assist.

I bought a few pieces after an Instagram post showing knitted tops of very poor quality. I hand-washed them in cold water. They stretched out already. Even with the button fastened, the fabric is stretching and pulling open. Overall, it's of very poor quality. I did not expect higher quality, but it's very disappointing will not consider ordering from them for cheap pieces from China or hong kong,

I have been ordering from this company on line and have been very satisfied with all the orders placed.

All of Commense clothing are purchased from Shein. The exact clothing and models, everything selling on their website is from Shein but much cheaper. This website is a scam.

The first 2 purchases were fine. The latest for $192 was never delivered. They refunded me immediately with no issues but I still don’t understand why I never got my items.

Ware passte nicht. Rücksendung kompliziert. Mehrere Mails erforderlich, alles auf englisch und Versand auf eigene Kosten. In meinem Fall knapp 16€ mit DPD Sendungsnummer muss gesendet werden, dann wir bei Eingang der Ware geprüft und dann erhält man ggf. sein gezahltes Geld zurück.

This is my second time buying, and I must say that the quality of the clothes are excellent. The sizing can be off sometimes, but they have an excellent exchange/return policy. I will definitely buy again.

The product I received does not match the photos or description shown on the website. The color is completely different, and the overall quality is very poor. Although the item is advertised as cotton, the fabric smells strongly of plastic and does not feel like cotton at all, which is highly misleading.
The refund process is equally frustrating. Customer service only offered a 50% refund or a store voucher. For a full refund, I was told I must return the item at my own expense, despite the return being international, costing over $11, and requiring me to provide the tracking number myself. This is unreasonable, especially given that the product was clearly misrepresented.
Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. The quality does not reflect what is advertised, and the refund policy is unfair and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Worst customer service when needing to return. Be warned and careful they are horrendous to deal with !

Feedback about the Commense Return Process

I would like to express some concerns about the current return process.
First, it feels unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. After purchasing items, customers should not have to go through an approval process just to request a return. This creates uncertainty and makes the shopping experience feel less customer-friendly.
Second, requiring customers to pay for return shipping adds additional frustration. Considering the price point of the products, it would be much more fair and reassuring if returns were easier and more cost-effective.

Overall, I hope Commense can reconsider and improve its return policy to make the experience smoother and more supportive for customers.

Honestly so disappointed — your tracker says “delivery attempted” but no one called, no one rang the bell, nothing. That too moning 6’o clock. Worst tracking service ever — no proper updates and no courier details at all. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks, and I’m leaving the country on the 10th. If this parcel isn’t here by Monday it’s useless to me

This company’s customer service is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Somehow when I placed my order the system generated the wrong address I double checked more than once before I placed the order to make sure I entered the correct address and I have a screenshot of my actual address when I placed the order somehow the system just changed the address and this was since November 1 when I placed this order and till today, which is November 13 I still have not gotten my order. I’ve sent multiple emails and I’m being told they can’t help me and then someone else is messaging me telling me the address is wrong which I know the address isn’t wrong because I have the screenshot for when I placed the order. I think companies need to understand messaging customer service is trash for one language barrier is one of the reasons why it’s trash and it shouldn’t be used and they should be a phone number for you to talk to people and resolve your issue because these customer service chat they don’t know what they be talking about. They just say whatever it sounds so robotic. I will never place any orders in the future.

Very bad quality - the dress material stuck to my body it was so static.. definitely not how it looks on the picture. They wouldn't cover the return shipping cost.

I ordered 4 items from this company as the influencer I follow indicated that this was a trusted company and clothing was of great quality. First of all- the order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Secondly, upon trying to return two of the four items due to fit, the process in which one has to follow is archaic and time consuming to include restocking and shipping fees. For example- one has to take a copy of the receipt from the post office that this has been paid and shipped. They give you two options for returning- not going to go into the options at this time- highly recommend everyone understands the options before ordering.

I like the clothing and the quality was very good- however there is NOTHING easy about their return process. Additionally, when trying to find out where the company is located prior to ordering, it was very difficult only when I was tracking the package did I note it was coming directly from China- this should be disclosed regardless of the country of origin! I am not confident that I will receive my refund any time in the near future-I will not be ordering from this company again due to untimely delivery and convoluted return policy. Furthermore, I have been corresponding with a representative- and while friendly it seemed robotic. It was an odd exchange.

ARANAQUE! Robe beaucoup trop petite alors que jai pris une taille au dessus pour être tranquille , et impossible d'obtenir un remboursement, le service client a fait durer en me proposant d'abord un remboursement de 10% du montant, en gardant la robe, ayant refusé jai reçu une autre proposition a 20%....jai refusé et comme le délai de retour était dépassé je n’ai plus jamais eu de réponse. Donc ARNAQUE!

I don’t recommend it. The items look completely different, the materials are cheap, and it’s not worth the money. There is a problem with the return because are based in China.
