Quality items, true size.
Super cute, very comfy, absolutely love their shirts & dresses!
Have place another order now that I know it is not cheap material or cheaply made, arrived quickly!

The sizing is off and some items are poorly made. Return is not free and impossible. I’ve been emailing them for over a week now to approve my return but I’ve been ignored. Sadly will be disputing the charge and blacklisting Commense. I don’t recommend the site.

The quality of the two items I ordered was very good. The sizing was correct in the descriptions. I received my order in a timely manner of around a week. I will order again.

I placed the order a week ago but there hasn't been an update about shipping. I contacted them 3 times to expedite shipping since it's taking them so long to process and I will be traveling soon, I never heard from them.

company makes it impossible to make returns. customer service doesn't respond. and if they do respond they give vague answer and then stop. i'm so upset i spent so much money and they won't respond to my request for a return.

Great experience. The clothing materials are amazing for the price. A few items didn't fit and they were quick to respond to my refund request making the process extremely easy. I will be shopping here again.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. Please do not order from them. I ordered three items from them three weeks ago and have not received one email or update. I have emailed them multiple times and have not received one response. When I went on Instagram, there were tons of comments, essentially saying the same thing. However, they delete comments from Instagram as well. Please, please do not order from this scam company.

Returns process varies massively. First order arrived perfect, I requested to return one item and they offered me with store credit. (not what i wanted but accepted it) The 2nd order was then a nightmare, very slow replies to return requests and a lot of back and fourth. After a series of emails sharing more requested information they requested i take picture of every item i want to return including tags. Now that I've shared the pictures they're saying they are unwilling to refund me with anything because i bought the items with store credit. They've refused to give me a refund or store credit for the item purchased with the store credit from order 1. How is this acceptable?! As a side note, the item I ordered the sizing is completely off, massive in comparison to standard size charts.

Recently ordered for the first time - the quality was great! One thing didn’t work and customer service was great with options. Shipping does take some time but I'll definitely be ordering again!

I love ordering from Commense. Not every item works for me, but their customer service is great and makes it easy to handle exchanges.

I've always loved my purchases from commense, when one order didn't quite fit, though i was able to return with ease, I was also offered options that worked out in my benefit and I am perfectly ok with recieving store credit as I love and shop there all the time.

I had an incredible first-time ordering experience! The quality of the clothes exceeded my expectations, despite a slight delay in delivery, which was definitely worth it. Their customer service is exceptional too. When I needed to return some items due to sizing issues, they offered me credit instead of requiring me to ship them back, saving me the hassle. Plus, they let me keep the items, so I gifted them to a friend. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting targeted ads on Facebook for weeks. I decided to finally pull the trigger even though I was unsure if it was a legit company. Well, they’re legit ! The quality of my items is exceptional. Their customer service is also great. They respond to their emails within 24 hours and provide a solution right away. I can’t wait to shop again. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed

I made a purchase based on recommendation by @whatcharwore and I loved everything. I ordered the wrong size and Commense was extremely helpful with the return. Definitely ordering from them again. Customer service is great and the items are as advertised. Shipping is very fast.
