I made a purchase and item was too big the quality was ok. I was able to connect with representative. I shared what my request was for a full refund! Their was no issue I had to send pictures of items with tags on ! Which I was okay with and had to pay for return was okay with that ! I was refunded with no problem ! I recommend them and will purchase again !

I really recommend this page, reliable, the quality of the merchandise is incredible, customer service is perfect, I will definitely start using this page a lot.

There was an issue with mail delivery and the staff at commense were wonderful. They were attentive, responded in a timely manner, and went beyond to address my concerns. Will have the beautiful outfits in time for a special event 💖 thank you so much excited for another purchase

I ordered a couple of maxi-dresses and cautiously optimistic that they were going to look like the picture when received. Upon receiving them I was very happy with the items! The material is good quality and fit perfectly!

I really like clothes from Commense. it is very good quality, very nice clothes and the support was very helpful. I made a very good experience and in the next few days I will buy a package with a lot of clothes.

I was nervous about purchasing clothes online but was relieved when I opened my packages and tried on all my new clothes. The colors were just as pictured and quality top notch.

The quality is amazing! I found so many cute styles for my upcoming vacation. Shipping was quick and the customer service is wonderful.

I am a repeat customer and have had a positive experience both times. My orders arrived in a timely manner and when an item needed to be returned, I was responded to promptly and any issue was resolved by their amazing customer service team. Will be shopping here again.

They make it so hard to receive a return label for defected clothing. Bought three items and two were defects. I’ve been communicating with them for 4 days showing them pictures, measurements to prove it’s a defect. Once they agreed it was true, they told me their return label system was down and needed 7-10 days for an upgrade so to send the returns myself.. 4 days of communication to tell me to pay and return it myself without any type of reimbursement for the shipping cost. The whole run around is so you have less days left for their return window (14 days after delivery). Fishy timing for a return label upgrade that they “need”
to do. Don’t bother buying from them, it’s truly not worth it. You’ll have better luck buying from AliExpress.

Ordered 3 styles and loved the quality and fit of everything. I didn’t read the return policy close enough and future orders will try not to order multiple sizes since there is a specific process to follow to return the sizes that didn’t work. Customer service was friendly and prompt and I would definitely order again

I was pleasantly surprised by Commense as I've not had great luck with direct purchases from oversea companies. Commense clothing quality was much better than expected. Their sizing is EXTREMELY accurate. Their customer service was easy to deal with. Sure there's a delay, but they are located halfway around the world in a different time zone. I will definitely continue to shop here.

I’ve placed several orders and have never had any issues, yes shipping may take longer as it’s international shipping along w customer service so those complaining must temper their expectations and read the return policy. If there have been items that were less than satisfactory they always offered a solution so customer care has always very responsive and helpful. I will continue to purchase as their items are super cute.

I placed order 9 days ago and it has STILL not shipped. I’ve sent over 5 initial messages requesting to ship before receiving one response asking if i wanted them to ship- which obviously I do and stated in every message 😫😖 I responded with now over 5 messages confirming yes please it is for my wedding events and STILL the order still has not shipped. I feel scammed and extremely disappointed 😞😖

Quality is great. Beautiful! Takes a long time. I ordered on May 27th and today is June 21st. I’m starting to feel I won’t get my clothes

I purchased two pair of pants - one denim the other very dressy. I'm blown away! The quality is spectacular. They are beautifully sewn and the fabrics are of excellent quality. Wow! Definitely plan to buy here as a regular. The XL dressy pants are slightly large for my size 12 but the denim wide legs fit perfectly. A little tailoring and the dress pants will be awesome. The styling is what you would expect to find at a very high end store. Amazing.

I really love the options on this website. Everything gives the vibe or quiet luxury but at an affordable price. Some options do run small or smaller that Americans may think but, style and quality is impeccable. Also, the customer service is phenomenal. It may take a few days to get back to you but, they DO resolve any issue you may have.

I’ve ordered a number of items from Commense and have been very surprised at the great quality! Amongst those items was a linen short set and the shorts were LINED! I would buy from them again and again…as I already have!!
