Place my first order and was quite impressed with the quality. Loved all my items.

I love the clothes and it’s something doesn’t work. The customer service is excellent.

I placed a large order totalling over £250 not realising they were China based and I’d have to
Pay to return any unsuitable items.
I followed there returns policy as nothing fit and some of the fabrics used were poor. Itchy, or not as shown and some of the cuts of the dresses were poor and didn’t fit. They responded to my email offering me a third of my money back and to keep the items. I complained and quoted there returns policy which when ordering stated ‘easy returns process for a full refund if returned within 14 days’. I was then offered half my money back!
Eventually they agreed to accept the return and refund me the full amount but I had to pay for tracked Royal Mail costing me £20!
After 2 weeks, I received a refund and feel lucky I did! I will not be ordering from this company again, too risky. The clothes look great quality, but nothing about the company, items or returns process is!

6 weeks since order placed and paid for, still waiting for delivery. They wont refund as it’s been shipped. I’ve asked at what point the shipment is considered lost …. No reply. So never then.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AVOID THIS COMPANY. And like the reviewer below, I intend to keep posting warnings everywhere. Everyone works so hard for their money these days and scam companies like this think it’s ok to steal it from you.

UPDATE 1/9/25 - They have finally agreed, 7 weeks from placing and paying for an order, that my package is indeed lost. The money has been returned to my account today. I'm pleased thry've done that as I wasnt expecting it but I'll never order again.

I paid for 3 items and express delivery.. didn't arrive in the time stated and got a message saying package returned to sender ( China I believe?) On contacting them. They said I hadn't put house number on ?.I'm 56 year old and that's a first ?.however, i duly supplied the number. They reckon they sent it back out. Still not received and when I look on their tracking it's been back n forth like it's on elastic! Sooooo emailed them again and the response basically is no They won't give a refund due to , and I quote "customer negligence" reported to PayPal ! Reported to trading standards ! And I hope they are reading this as I won't stop reporting their company until i receive a refund or ( miraculously, considering how inept they are) the items i ordered . Just don't bother entertaining them .....🤬🤬

I am writing to formally request resolution regarding my orders. I was initially issued a credit due to a sizing issue, but after reordering, the replacement item also did not fit true to size. I am now being told I am no longer eligible for any refund or credit. This is unacceptable, especially considering the product quality and prior communication.

If this matter is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

There is less that zero customer service. My order is clearly lost and they will not give me a refund after over 40 days missing. awful awful awful company and people working for them.

impossible de retourner les articles la page des retours comme par hasard ne fonctionne jamais cela fait 2 jours que j'essaie toujours la même erreur.
Acheté une robe franchement personne ne peut la mettre les bretelles sont si courtes (même si reglables) que le début de la robe commence juste sous mon coup hors elle est présentée pour avoir un très beau decolté...terrrible

Metto una stella perché non posso mettere meno. Pessimo servizio e supporto clienti, il pacco ordinato non mi è mai arrivato e non fanno nulla per rimborsarmi o per aiutarmi a recuperarlo. Se parli con loro dicono di parlare con il corriere e viceversa. Nessuna tutela per il cliente pessimo. Sono delusa. Sembra una presa in giro

Grosse commande passée en septembre dernier, à la place je reçois une vieille bague en toc (soit disant un « cadeau pour vérifier l’adresse de livraison »). Puis plus rien, des mois et des mois de négociations pour essayer de retrouver mon colis, puis se résoudre à espérer seulement un remboursement. En vain. Le service client est nul, ils ont joués la montre. Nous sommes le fin janvier et je n’ai TOUJOURS RIEN !!! A FUIR SI VOUS VOULEZ GARDER VOTRE ARGENT

These clothes are so cute but the size was wrong! I’ve lost weight so wasn’t sure on size? Took a long time to get and they say their window for returns is 30 days but when you email them they are swamped? If they are swamped are they going to honor a return that we have been trying to send back!

I ordered a few items which were all too big and had to be returned. The return process has been quick and simple. The customer service team has been kind and very accommodating. Thank-you!

Pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu de toute ma vie. Je n'ai jamais reçus mes achats. Malgré 13 courriels envoyés à Susan du service à la clientèle, je n'ai pas été dédommagée, remboursée ou autre.

The clothes are largely good quality, shipping takes forever, and the return process is far from easy. Be prepared to pay your shipping costs for any returns or be offered a credit or a portion of your initial payment refunded. But overall I would buy from them again.

Commense ships all items directly from China and uses a Chinese Carrier and the same carrier locally. The issue is that non-domestic carriers do not know local delivery practices and will deliver your packages right on the street, take a photo of it, and say it’s “Delivered.” The carrier delivery practices are negligent. This makes it almost impossible to track the package. Carrier will not even send photos of where the package is until you contact Commence customer service which THEN they will show you images taken by the Chinese carrier. No delivery pictures are sent directly to the customer. By then, it’s too late and your package is gone. AVOID buying from Commense.

Truly has become my very favorite place to buy my clothes from. I’m excited about every order.

I was so lucky to have found this clothes site as has saved me more than one can say…. Lost my beautiful clothes in a fire over a year ago and now I have a closet FILLED with Commense clothes❤️❤️❤️❤️

Customer service reps were responsive, but the process takes so many steps, I just don't have the luxury of time to go through this elaborate nack-and- forth dance to get the return done.
I like the quality, but the hassle of the returns will preclude me from buying again.

I like their quality of clothing but their size chart is really off. Some items fit me perfectly in S and some are too small. When reaching out for return, I had to pay lots of $ to send a number of items back so they provided me with the option of keeping the items and either 1. refunding full amount for returned item in store credit or 2. refunding 50% of amount to my card! I personally would much prefer to return and get my right size so unfortunately, I am forced to not shop from them going forward.

Cheap clothing, company tries to give a store credit and you keep the clothes you can’t wear OR they stick you with return fee of $200+ to send back to CHINA, no refund guaranteed. Scam.
